The seat is not really deep cleaned. dusts still everywhere. The 3rd row cup holder still has dirt and furr inside. it doesn't look like it was cleaned. I told Joaquin about it and he couldn't care less, "OK". So much for VIP full detail service. Out of Good faith and appropriate review, here is the update to my situation: I received my $100 refund for front windshield tint. Though this was the outcome, it was still far from ideal. It ended up costing me MORE to get it replaced elsewhere. It is what it is at this point. Review of Ceramic Coating: As mentioned, I dont believe I got the 'silver package' ceramic coating in which I paid for, which should have been 3 layers. When washing my vehicle, the hood of my car has a BIG spot of which appears to not have any coating applied. Very evident when wetting the car or washing it. Would be glad to show so and prove I didnt get what I paid for, but seems mundane to do so at this point. Further, my aforementioned friend who also went here has yet to receive FULL COST of his damanged side mirror which was melted when they tinted his vehicle here. (Heat gun used when tint is applied). He's received one payment but still is owed another 4/5 installments that was agreed upon with Eric. Overall, I wanted to like this place and tried. Made multiple attempts at contact and hoping they'd fix what was wrong, but no luck. I paid good money for a Silver Package Ceramic Coating they offer, but don't believe I got this whatsoever. Seems like they do one layer and call it a day, so a ripoff if you ask me. I even had a detailer look at the car and confirm only one layer was applied. I will let them make it right if they're willing to apply another coat (and I can show them in person what I am referring to) but doubt that anything else will be attempted to be made right at this point as a customer. read more

Brought our Tesla Model Y and Lexus IS250 here for tint. I gave a 3 out of 5 stars because I had to bring the Tesla in twice because there were lots of imperfections on the first one (including the headliners getting dirty). The 2nd time that I brought the Tesla, the car was there for 3 nights until they had the tint right. I understand that my car is a newer model, so I'm just glad that the tint looks perfect now. In addition, there was a mishap in the shop in which my car got scratched and the bumper got misaligned. After a couple of stressful days of waiting and back and forth communication, Eric told me to bring my car to a body shop who fixed the bumper perfectly. You won't even be able to tell the damage now. Lexus - I got the front windows and windshield tinted. My windshield has noticeable lines/streaks/imperfections. Osvany said that they'll take care of this and I plan to bring the Lexus back in at a later time. Once the windshield is fixed, the review will be updated with a 4 out of 5 stars. I'm glad that they repair/fix imperfections, but driving back and forth to the shop takes a lot of time and time off of work. Price - Xclusive had really competitive prices and was very happy with their quotes Customer service - my main contact was Osvany and he was good at what he does. After some stressful issues and communication, I came close to giving up on getting my bumper fixed and was almost ready to eat the cost of getting it fixed myself. We took our brand new Land Cruiser HE to Xclusive Automotive for ceramic coating and window tint and the experience was a nightmare. Please see my pictures. 1st tint: When we returned to pick up the LC, we noticed the window tint had some rough cut areas that you could feel with your fingers, Eric told us that it's completely normal and it would go away after a few days. Well, they didn't, those were cuts, not gonna disappear on their own. After some communication with Eric via text, we were told to bring back the LC to get them fixed. 2nd tint: 30 days after our 2nd tint, we noticed BUBBLES on ALL tinted windows. I contacted Eric immediately and was told to bring LC back again. I asked for a full refund on the window tint. Eric told me that they didn't offer refunds only lifetime repair/fix. Two tints, first cuts then bubbles. Each time, it took me and my husband, two cars driving back and forth total close to 100 miles, spent the entire day (drop off 9 AM and pick up by 5:30pm). So I texted Eric if they could guarantee the work done right the 3rd time. I got no replies. Another issue is that with Xclusive, getting a warranty is like impossible. When you do get one, it's from their own company, it doesn't say what brand of film whatsoever. The info is very vague. Eric is always eager to gain our business. Ricky and Gabriel were great to work with on my Tesla Model Y Performance. My wife also had her Model Y long range ceramic coated and ceramic tinted here (prior to me even getting my Tesla). She had other after market calipers added on and they helped take care of that. I'm not a car "junkie" and/or enthusiast. I simply just wanted to find an fair & reasonable place with solid service to work with, and that place was with Ricky and Gabriel. After reading some other reviews about the ownership history (after having finished my car's services - ceramic coat "lifetime warranty option" and the ceramic tint), I think the "new" team was great and very accommodating. I live on the "west side" of Los Angeles and so this was a trek out of the way. But it was worth it. I have a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance model that had gone thru it's fair share of fixes (a newbie scratch on the lift gate and an unfortunate door ding by some ICE car) in its first 250 miles of ownership. But despite the SMH emoji feeling (as a new Tesla car owner), I finally feel that the extra paint protection and tint capstones everything, and that now the car is fully ready to be "driven" as it should be. I'll comment also on my wife's Tesla being serviced here as well (since she is not a Yelper). She had some minor tint bubbles that was resolved by Ricky and his team. They were understanding, honest, and really put the customer first. I know there's the most detailed of car owners and ones that don't apply the same level of scrutiny. If you are going to this extent in protecting your car, then you probably fall in the former. So, knowing that, and knowing that they DID go to the extra length, not be dismissive, or and try to make it "perfect" in the finished product and in the customers eyes, was in my mind, the extra service that really makes this place great! Let me just start by saying I am a huge supporter of small businesses. I would rather pay the price to shop local rather than buy online. I tend to overlook issues common with a family run business and go out of my way to frequent small mom and pop shops. For what it's worth, I know there are lots of rave reviews on here and overall it probably doesn't matter. Unlucky me must have been an anomaly -- still think it's still worth sharing. I'm a seasoned Yelper, after all. Taking 1 for the team here because I doubt after a review like this that I'd be welcomed if I needed to use the warranty. Drove my Tesla M3 from the lot to the shop because I knew the importance of protecting the paint job. No extra fees if you pay in cash or Venmo. My tint looks good. No bubbles after two weeks though there was confusion between the owner and the tint tech, when I picked up my car the first time, about whether I had ordered 20% or 35% all around. Either way, it worked out. Thank God the tech was there when I dropped off my car to remember my preferences. The ceramic coating (gold package) looks good as well -- I hope I actually got the five coats applied as promised. Would be interesting to use a paint thickness gauge. Based on experience below, I now doubt everything. My main problems were with the PPF clear bra and the post-service communication. I will spare you the details but prepare for over-promised deadlines and being ignored after you pay for the service and are unlucky enough to need adjustments. The clear bra edges started lifting and dirt was coming in after only 8 days. Had lots of back and forth texts and phone calls to try and schedule time to come back and I ultimately physically stopped by the shop to schedule a fixing appointment. Before that I was even told to come. After I had dropped off my car, I was called that they had forgotten they scheduled me for the day. Another wasted trip. After spending the entire weekend watching online videos and reading forums, I knew to ask if they were going to cut the clear bra, cut the paint, or red or the bumper piece. I was told they would just lift the dirty piece, clean it and not cut it. Well, look at the photos of what happened when I picked up my car the second time: Cut edges. Not what I understood, but at least the dirt is no longer sticking out like a sore thumb. Really hope no more edges start lifting -- highly doubt my clear bra will last very long based on my experience with it so far. Seeing various inner bubbles trap inside as time go on. Yes, this shop has competitive pricing but I regret not spending the extra $150 at the other shops to save me hours of post-service handling and back and forth travel to the shop to get the PPF wrap fixed. I know the shop is very busy and you don't need my business. Regardless, I paid over $2500 for a service that took 2 days. I think that's enough to hire additional staffing even just to coordinate communication. I don't need communication to be prompt, but I do expect if you promise to respond in x amount of time that I would not be ignored, especially regarding post-servicing issues. Nobody wants to have doubts about being scammed. Visiting on 5 occasions, I've seen as many as 5 cars being worked on at once. I know you can hire additional staffing to accommodate for your growing business. Best of luck. I was in the market to tint my Tesla Model 3, looking for a reputable shop but also priced within reason. I was looking for tints on all four passenger windows and also the entire back/top window in one piece. I reached out to many shops including Xclusive Automotive via yelp messaging and Eric was one of the first to respond with a competitive, yet reasonable price for what I wanted. I made an appointment and showed up Saturday right when they opened up at 9am. Although Eric was busy that day, his crew was very professional and facilitated the process in his absence. I was told it would be 3-4 hours so I walked to Rail Side cafe which was about a 10 minute walk away for breakfast (and WiFi!). It was at 12:30 when I got a call letting me know my car was done so it was well within the estimated wait. The tints came out great and the Xclusive uses Xpel XR Plus for those who are curious. It's only been a few days since the work was done but there haven't been any bubbles and the cuts look clean. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready by late afternoon. The whole process was simple and straight forward. They are a small shop who offers quality work and excellent customer service. I took my girlfriends car to get tinted and was helped by Eric. I did not have an appointment, I requested a quote on yelp and was given one within mins. I then took the car in and left the keys. Eric gave me a fair price and was able to text me the progress throughout the day. Something I really liked is that he stopped to notify and send pictures of two small scratches she has on her back window, which we did not know about, and informed me of what could happen if he tinted over it and would only go further if I wanted him to do it. Service was quick and i was personally handled by Eric who is also the owner who explained to me what will be done to my car. 2020 RANGE ROVER RUINED!! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!! To be absolutely clear, this BRAND NEW Range with less than a few hundred miles was taken here for window tint. Yes, that's right, a simple tint job! First, I support small businesses especially during the pandemic. I found that this shop had worked with many Teslas as it could be difficult to place the one piece tint on the back window. Pre- Day 1: Picked up my brand new red Tesla Model 3 on Tuesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment with the shop on Wednesday as I did not want to travel anywhere without protecting my car. Eric was easily reachable for the quote and was very detailed with the process. Price was very competitive for ceramic tint, ceramic coating and clear front bra. Day 1: Dropped off my car Wednesday afternoon at 3, less than 24 hours of purchasing the Tesla. One of the detailers, Osvany, took a look at the car to look for paint imperfections. As expected, nothing found since it is brand new. He did suggest to have swirls and water drops fixed. He said it could be buffed out for $200 but suggested paint correction for $400. We saw nothing wrong with it so we went with buffing. No other imperfections found. Remember this statement. Estimate timeline to complete job 2-3 days. Day 2: working on car. Day 3: working on car. Day 4: I missed calls in the morning. No voicemails were left. In the afternoon, decided to pick up phone. It was the shop telling me they ran out of tint that I selected. Selected a different shade. This pushed the completion of the job out another day. I believe I was speaking with Osvany again. He said he knew we had been waited a long time for the car and suggested I pick it up on Sunday even though the shop was closed. Day 5: 11:30A, Osvany calls me and tells me he found lint under the tint. His tint man was out of town and said it would not be done until Monday. What could I do at this point. I was very disappointed that I had to wait another day but did not want to pick up a car that was not perfect and did not want reschedule to have it fixed. Day 6: Thought the car would be done in the morning since this is day six. Was calling the shop and Eric all afternoon into the evening attempting to get an update on the car. At 4:00 we decided to stop by the shop and it was closed. Eric called back said he had a family emergency. His tint man finished the car in the morning but went home sick and they closed the shop early. Mind you, they have had the car for 6 days. No calls from the shop. Eric apologized that his men are not good with customer service according to Eric, the owner, and said he meet us at the shop about 5:30. Day 6 1/2: Met Eric at the shop. At a glance, car looked awesome. Found some bubbles on the clear bra but he said it would go away on its own. Tint looked good and clear coat looked good. Tried to negotiate with Eric for a discount for the inconvenience and delay, being that it is end of day 6. He said "what for? We did the job. Job is complete." I told him for the delay. For being out of stock of my selected tint, the tint re-do. Okay, so said whatever as he appeared to be defensive. I paid $3200 and it took almost 7 days. As we were paying, my wife and I looked around the car and found some scratches on the rear passenger fender. Eric said that his guys saw that too and found other issues. Remember, we did a walkthrough on day 1 and found nothing. He suggested that it was paint imperfections from dealer. I said no, that I did a walkthrough at the dealer and found NO issues, no imperfections of any kind. A few minutes later, found a deep scratch on the trunk. Again, he said it could not be his shop as they do not have equipment to create that scratch. Again, blamed the dealer. I told him not only did we do a walk-through at the dealer and found no imperfections but we also did a walk-through with his guy on day one and found no imperfections or scratches. Whatever. What can I do. No discount. No accountability. Just wanted to leave and get me car out of there. Day 7: Texted Eric asking him how he was going to resolve the scratches. Sent him a picture of the car less that 24 hrs before day 1 and it showed no scratch on the trunk. No response thus far after a week. Not only did we find the scratches on the body, we found that the front front bumper is loose where they wrapped the clear bra. Found a scratch inside the car. He can argue all he wants, but we had the car in hand less than 24 hrs, in perfect condition and we get a car in return from his shop that was not in SAME condition we left it. Compare my issue, with others who have experienced the same crap and tell yourself if you trust this shop. My recommendation is that I would not support this business as he stated himself that they have poor customer service. Also note the other reported issues bu other consumers and notice the pattern. I overlooked the other bad reviews and I never have I done that before. I regret going to Xclusive. A week later, still waiting for Eric to send warranty information and respond to damages. He got his money so I do not anticipate any more response. read more

DO NOT GO!! I send my new car there for a gold package ceramic pro coating and full front clear bra ($3200). When I had my car back, scratches and swirls are still there which suppose to be gone even with one step polish, but there are no signs of the paint has been polished, and the dusts are under the clear bra. They even forgot put clear bra on my headlights and no refund for that. The owner have a lot of excuses for their poor job. I have been told by him that nothing is perfect. If nothing could be perfect I rather do it my own. I also pointed out the scar on the front bumper which they did to it when they try to cut the clear bra. However, Erick told me that some new car have defects as well, it sounds really ridiculous. Today I took it to Eric and his staff appt Xclusive for ceramic coating paint protection as I travel a lot to Arizona and to our cabin in Big Bear and both can be harsh on the vehicle paint. I was so amazed at how professional they operated and how beautifully shiny and smooth the finish came out - well worth the money I paid! They were all very friendly and very professional and took pride in the great service they provided justifiably so . Without a doubt I would highly recommend them! They also tinted the front windows as those did not come with the factory tint. Very pleased with the end result - couldn't be happier. I shouldve trusted my gut feeling and went on a day off. Really kicking myself in the face. The bottom part of the port cover is damaged also makes a squeaky sound when pushing in...but i can live with that. I am so upset at myself for going in today I shouldve just slept in. The quality of the ceramic coating is excellent. The quality of their ppf is probably one of the best Ive seen! This unfortunate error on my car will probably never happen to anyone else in the future so rest assure other tesla model 3 owners. This place has quality in what they put in. Im just so pissed at the damage. Eric is very honest and accommodating but man..I'm so sad. Losing sleep over this. I called tesla for solution to this and they will provide a mobile crew to see the damage on friday and attempt to fix it. Can't recommend this place enough. Just got a 20-3 Ford F-150 and was in dire need of a good detail. Ricky and Osvany were both very courteous and helpful, and I was able to set an appointment up with one phone call. They deep cleaned my entire car, including steam, shampoo, and vacuum, and even washed the exterior, all for a great price! I have included pictures of before and after of the interior, if I mislabeled them I'm sure you can see which ones are which. I will warn others who come to be wary of the name, as apparently there is another shop named Xclusive Auto, not Xclusive Automotive, who is not the real deal. Coming into this I was a little nervous given the various reviews from here and Google. But seeing how well Ricky was able to reassurance helped me go into this much easier. He even through in a wash & wax for a decent price which I was definitely nice! I went with the Prime XR and could instantly feel the difference from my factory tint. Ricky has fair prices and just overall superior customer service which was really a plus. The final touch was his work. Top notch and car came out amazing with no hiccups. I can only speak of my experience here and it wasn't good. (I dealt with Erik). I dropped of my Audi for windows to be tinted ($350). I asked him how much more for front winshield tint and he said +$100 for front windshield. I also asked how much to paint calipers red, he said $200. Erik called me next day and said his guys had a hard time trying to get rims off, until they realized they couldn't because I didn't provide the wheel lock tool (my bad). So I said go ahead and just do the window tint, but I changed my mind about the front winshield (too dangerous for the night vision). I went to pick up my car after a few days and was ready to pay. He said he was now charging me $420 for the window tint. I was a little disappointed because $450-$100 is $350, not $420. He said, "I had not considered removing the tint fee, that's why." I disagreed but paid anyways. :/ I got home and noticed one of my rims was scratched (screwdriver marks) center rim, by the nuts/ bolts. It had been scratched at Xclusive Automotive, but I couldn't prove it because I didn't have before pics. I didn't even attempt to bring this issue up with Erik because I believed he knew, and all he had to do was DENY, then I got nothing. But I'm 100% sure that's where it happened because Erik told me they struggled as they attempted to take off covers (not using wheel bolt cover removal tool I DID provide). Side note: I ended paying $150 for Audi to fix screwdriver scratches. Finally, after one week, I noticed 3 windows had SEVERAL noticeable bubbles/dust particle pockets. I had to take it back. I scheduled a Monday at 9am with Erik. I drove there and Erik sent me back home saying he totally forgot he had scheduled me, there was no way he was going to be able to do it that day, and told me to come back another time. (I live 35-40 minutes away)! I went back next day and the windows were fixed. **** Here is my main problem with Xclusive Automotive**** I asked Erik approximately 10x (in person, text, phone call, instagram messages) during the past month to PLEASE provide a receipt with my vehicle (VIN or License Plate or even Make and Model) so my "lifetime warranty" would not become an issue. I told him I need that because I have dealt with "lifetime warranty tint" gone bad where tint shops didn't honor their warranty because "how do we know we did it on this car? We don't remember you or this car, sorry, bye." The receipt Xclusive provides only has $Amount and what was done, no vehicle info!! BEWARE*** Erik's response was at first, " Oh I remember my customers. I have an exclusive clientele." He took a picture of my VIN and License plate (30+ days ago) and said I'm busy right now but I will send. Today (03-04-20) is 30+ days later... and he sent me NOTHING. I sent him my vehicle info and still... NOTHING. He no longer replies to me and I give up on trying to get my receipt. (Get yours though!) I would never come back here. Such a sour taste in my mouth and I know by writing this, I just "voided" my "lifetime tint" warranty :/ read more

Eric and Xclusive Auto did an amazing job with my new Tesla. I purchased window tinting and the highest ceramic coating (lifetime warranty). His prices and service are super competitive. Better than that though is that the quality of his work for the price is unbeatable. The car was in the shop for about 2 days. Process was smooth and Eric kept me updated with texts and videos. The day of he sent a final video so I could see the car before I picked it up. When I picked it up, it looked immaculate. Eric and his team did an amazing job matching the back glass tint on a Tesla. This is challenging as it is one piece that extends to the roof glass. The tint is smooth and matched to the roof to where you cannot tell. The ceramic coating made my paint shine and look immaculate. He made sure all the paint correction and detailing was correct before applying 5 layers of ceramic coating. Even after the job, Eric called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied, and that I had no questions or concerns. The car looks fantastic.
