July middle of day beer bike booked. Perfect! We thought we would hydrate with beer. Couple of things we didn't know and wish we would have. 1. We book our group of 4 thinking we would be paired with another group. Nope! Just 4 of us. Ugh. 2. Only 2 breweries that were actually walking distance from our condo. 3. Our driver was just not friendly. He was fine but not really welcoming. Other than that is was great. Knowing what I know now, I would have made a few things different. Great experience.

This brew bike is so much fun! I booked a private ride for me and some friends to celebrate my birthday. We started at Black Rabbit Mead Company and then rode to 10 Torr, then to Blind Dog Tavern, and finished back at Black Rabbit. Our driver was very nice and she made the day super fun! We got to plug in our own music and had a blast riding through downtown Reno.

We tried to fit in the bike lane

Happy Birthday Kristy!!! I've seen the Brew Bike around town a lot over the last several years. Everyone peddling, laughing and having a great time. Kristy decided that's how she wanted to party for her birthday this year. So she rounds up 14 friends, asks them to wear tutus and we head to Lead Dog Brewery to get on the bike. There the driver explained our options of where we could go and our time limits. Signed our waivers on the phone app and we are off.......... Kristy picked the places she wanted to go ahead of time. She also created a playlist of music that the driver played while we peddled around. It was a unique way to bar crawl and was a lot of fun, as we were that snail in traffic at times. The bike also offers a different perspective of the downtown area at night. It would be fun to try the bike in different cities.

This was a fun experience, the people we sat with were all very nice and friendly and we ended up making new friends Our driver was super cool. He gave us many choices and the opportunity to navigate what bars we wanted to go to. I had a great time laughing and peddling and going bar hopping, it was a great way to get to know Reno and local bars I would definitely recommend trying this

Wow!!!! Awesome experience! I have to be honest here I was totally skeptical. The location is right to the left of the Lead Dog, In that parking lot... So you don't actually go into a store front or anything. Your driver meet you out front, next to the brew bike, gets your stops in line gives you a few rules, and off you go! Literally laughing and having a great time before we even got out of the parking lot! Treyson did an amazing job with our group and maximized our visits with the time we had (2.5 hours). He made a few recommendations on places that we could go, and a few of those places you never been!... So worth it!! A little tip here, if you get the bike during the day you don't really get the full affect of the lights... However you do get the effect of the music and everyone being together and laughing and having a good time! Just saying that our experience at night was absolutely epic! People were laughing and clapping honking at us, just as if they were on the bike with us! What a great experience. It was much hotter earlier that day, so we are super happy with our time frame. We hat wish we could have had it for a few more hours! Lol. If you haven't done this already, just pick up your phone make the appointment and get it done! It's worth every single penny!! Great job Guys!!! I will be back!!!

Definitely a fun experience, not one that you get in many cities. It is fun to do with a group of friends and meet new people along the way.

Such a good time to be had here! We placed our reservation a few weeks ahead of time. You pay at the time you reserve. There is a note on their site, that you cannot cancel less than 7 days out from your reservation. So keep that in mind when booking. The bike loads at Ralston and 1st. Check the website for times. It runs about $20 per person. You can also just jump on the bike if there is space and pay at that time. But if you have a large group (4 or more) it's better to reserve in advance. There is no drinking booze on the bike. You pedal from bar to bar and drink in the bar. You do get a discount at the locations you stop at. The bike does have an ice chest with water bottles. As for music on the bike... you must provide the music via your phone. Just open up your preferred music station and hand it to the 'driver' and he plugs it into the speaker system. The music can get pretty loud and does sound good. Rolling along the streets of downtown, expect to see many of the walking people (and even drivers) taking your picture. Wave hi to them, make it fun. Yes, you will actually be pedaling the bike! Wear shoes/clothes that are suitable to you doing this. Your feet may slip off the pedal occasionally, so I don't recommend flip flops as you might lose one, and well the bike does not stop very fast, so it might be gone for good. lol. The driver does have a braking option, but since this thing is so big, it does take a little while. The driver will tell you when to start pedaling and also when to let off (stop pedaling). There are a few seats on this thing that do not require pedaling, but really do you want to be that person who is just there mooching off the other's hard work. lol :) A typical ride means you will get to stop at about 3 bars. you get about 25 minutes at each bar to drink/socialize/whatever. the driver will come in and announce a 5 minute warning to get back on the bike. The bike fun is what you make of it. If you just go and sit and pedal and don't let loose, you might not like it. But if you get a group of friends and rock out to the music, you will very likely have a blast. I do plan on booking on this again soon, maybe next month. Highly recommend this new adventure in Reno.

We love the Reno Brew Bike! Sarah Faye was a great driver and host. We will definitely be back... for my birthday. Thank you! Cheers

Duke is the best! I've done the brew bike three times now and he is by far one of the coolest tour guides. He lets you know based on where you want to go if it is enough time and is a super cool dude. Because of him, I'm down to do this time and time again!

    Jessica D.

We have been on the brew bike twice now and have loved it each time! Be prepared for some work though because the bike is powered by pedaling! But if you cannot pedal don't worry, there are a few seats that do not have pedals. It is recommended to switch seats at each stop so everyone has a chance to pedal but not required of course if there is an injury. We did the regular 2 hour tour the first time and the ultimate 3 hour tour the second time. We like the 3 hour because there is about 40 minutes spent at each of the 3 locations instead of about 20-25 minutes when you're on the regular 2 hour tour. One of the great things is everyone on the brew bike choose as a group where to go or the driver will suggest a place depending on what everyone is looking for. It's really fun and we will definitely go again.

This truly just isn't another ropes course or zip lining facility. They are focused on team building, problem solving, and having the best time while doing it all! We had 20 kids ranging in age from 8 - 10 and Mark our faciliator went above and beyond to make sure all the kids had a great experience. Wrangling 20 kids for four hours is a talent in and of itself, but to teach them life skills and problem solving techniques while participating in each challenge gave them a ALL STAR RATING in my book! We brought in pizza, snacks, and cookies for the birthday party and then Mark and Cannon took the kids after for four full hours of outdoor adventure. Even after our four hour window was done, Mark and Cannon said they would stay a little longer to help some of the kids climb higher on the ropes course. That is definitely going above and beyond! It's such a beautiful area and all the equipment is in great shape. They pay attention to all the safety guidelines and make sure everybody knows what the rules are before starting a new challenge. Safety is of utmost importance which as a Mom makes me so happy! Having 20 daredevils (boys) wanting to swing from every tree top, can make one very nervous! :) I would absolutely recommend Project Discovery to all my friends and family as well as co-workers. This is a great facility for birthday parties, team building, sports team building, or just having fun for an afternoon with your friends! We'll definitely be booking again in the future!

When you arrive you sign in at the desk and they provide you with climbing shoes if you need them. Our instructor did a great job of showing us around the facility before jumping right into the lesson. We started by warming up and then practicing some light falls before jumping into different techniques for bouldering in the starting room (also known as the children's room). Next, we went out to the main room and chose some beginners routes to climb. Finally, we finished by getting our harnesses on (also provided if needed) and clipping into the autobelay devices on the full climbing wall outside. After our lesson concluded and she gave us pointers to work on, our instructor let us know we had a day pass and could stay as long as we wanted since we paid for the class. She also let us know that they have monthly events like ladies night and DJ night that can be booked online or via phone call. They're limiting numbers right now and you can't climb with regular belays unless you've passed their tests and bring your own rope (since they can't be sanitized) but if you're looking for a great free climbing gym or climbing via autobelay routes, this is the place! I think we just have really good setters who understand the flow of the climb. Community night is on Tuesday and you meet tons of like-minded climbers there!
