Even though the Flooring had a 10 year guarantee, the manufacturer is ignoring me, and best hardwood floors will not do a thing about it. Definitely do not shop here they do not guarantee their products. They are very difficult to deal with.

I spoke with Codi the week before closing and he offered a ball park quote but wanted to get into measure to be precise. Unfortunately, I couldn't let them in until we closed and wanted the floor done in the same week, so we could move the following week. They came on a Tuesday to measure and confirm the quote, which did not change from the original and was very fair. They started on Wednesday and finished on Friday. The floor cured on Saturday/Sunday and we moved in on Monday. It was such a tight timeline and we were so busy, I didn't have time to get them any payment until after the work was done.
