This company did the landscaping. It took me 2-3 weeks to get these guys to send me the original plans so we could make edits. It was like pulling teeth to get them to respond or listen to problems and they have been very unreliable. I did tell them we were interested in more work and they gave me quotes but were supposed to get back to me with more information and never did. They gave me the excuse multiple times that they were on vacation, but after hearing this multiple times from multiple different people, it gets old. Not a good way to run a business. workmanship issues on existing systems: Our lawn has been dead since original placement and you can see sod lines from where it was first laid which means it has been failing since the start. I have been attempting to revive it and found out when I aerated it that there is rock directly below the sod, so not enough soil was placed. The company did supposedly attempt to put fertilizer on it when this was brought up during home inspections/sale, to no avail, with no follow up. We noticed house across the street, same landscaper, has large brown spots also. We have had multiple (4-5) leaks with the drip systems (I understand this is common but it shouldn't be in a brand new system). We even had some dead plants because they apparently ran the line to it and then forgot to insert a dripper into the line at the plants. There was a leak in the sprinkler backflow which we had to fix ourselves because the company wouldn't get back to me. During the repair we saw they used incorrect materials, pipe dope on PVC pipe for example. It also appeared they did not use primer when they bonded the PVC which is probably what lead to the leak in the first place (or just a sloppy application) as it was leaking from an above ground elbow under PVC tape. Worse yet we also discovered no drain for the sprinklers was ever installed, so come winter this system would have frozen and broken pipes, but now I have to dig it up and do the job correctly.

They used quality wood which makes the drawer more durable and the rails on the side fit perfectly back into place when put back in the cabinet opening. Ben and his crew at B&B Solutions are amazing! Ben is honestly the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with. His pricing is reasonable, he communicates clearly, shows up on time, and truly cares about making sure you're happy with the work. I originally hired B&B Solutions to help with three bathroom remodels, including tearing out bathtubs, installing new showers and surrounds, and doing paint work and touch-ups to make the home look beautiful. I wasn't able to be there while the work was happening, but Ben sent me daily progress pictures and kept me updated the whole time. That level of communication made such a big difference. The bathrooms turned out great, and later Ben also helped me with a sump pump in my crawlspace. It was badly cut and badly arranged…read more The son Ryan did a poor job measuring our area for the counter and he never informed us we could use their software to correctly arrange our slabs for our kitchen counter and backsplash so that they would match and look seamless. The slabs do not match and have a poor continuity. One of the seams between the slabs, because of the poor cuts/measurements, is large enough to fit a coin between the two slabs. This particular seam is the backsplash behind my stove so not easily hidden. Their solution, rather than using a new slab, was to just add extra caulk. When we expressed our concerns to the father owner Steve, his response was to tell us they had been in business for years and did the Governor's house years ago. Perhaps they would have done a good job for us if I was the Governor, but instead they did less than adequate work. Also, they did not put the hours for the sink faucets in the place where we wanted them. They did not ask for instruction on where to place the holes, even though we were in the house when they were making them. I had to have them come to our house several times to correctly caulk the seams. The technician did a sort of ok job. But the counters were never installed to our satisfaction. When we voiced our concerns Steve and Ryan simply dismissed us and our concerns. My husban
