I bake quite a lot at home (my own bread, pizzas, focaccia, cakes, cookies, pastries etc) so this review is only from that perspective. This is a very well equipped kitchen store. It's targeted at commercial kitchens/restaurants but is open to the general public and there are many good items for the home kitchen. There's a great supply of Winco (everything), Cambro containers, and Fat Daddio aluminum baking tins. The only thing that I didn't see were Nordic Ware baking trays (but the Winco trays look nice and solid) and also didn't see any cast iron (which makes sense since for a commercial kitchen is way too heavy and unpractical). I walked the isles and saw so many things that I'd purchased over the last 12 months, but had made a trip down into the city to buy something or resort to ordering online when I could have shipped here instead! Love the range they had here and will definitely return for future baking and kitchen organization supplies.

It was busy and I was able to find the doughnut cutter easily in their well organized shelves. (The store's published closing time is 5:30 PM, not 5:20 PM.) I went to look at the whisks. Another staffer literally ran over to me and, from about three feet away, stared at me for a while, with a pained, impatient expression. After a while he said "What you want! We close in ten minutes." At this point I asked whether they really close at 5:21 PM. He said yes. I said the published closing time says 5:30 PM. He said "That's when we lock the store. Customers get out 15 minutes before then." I asked for a manager, but none was present. I asked the employee for his name: Benjamin. Apart from the hostile service, the inventory I saw was pretty terrible. The whisks looked more like dollar-store items than serious commercial utensils. Perhaps the rest of the store is better, but I'll never find out.
