Not only did I purchase food, but I also rented one of their large grills. When we arrived at the park with the grill, one of my board members made me aware that the grill looked like it had some faulty repair. It appeared to have putty in an attempt to glue the grill and some wiring to fix the damage. When I returned their grill (nicely cleaned), I pointed out the damage to one of the workers. Later that morning, I was contacted by Tracey from A1, and she informed me that there would be a $50 charge for damage to the grill. She did send photos and videos of the damage. The image also indicated the previous damage that was not correctly repaired. As such, we disputed the additional charge. Tracey then called me and stated that I was being rude for not paying and that they would not do business with me in the future if I did not pay. I responded by advising Tracey that we find her conduct to be hostile, as her response appeared to be insulting (calling me rude) and threatening (not doing business with us in the future). But regardless, I approved of her charge for the additional payment and informed her that I would seek other vendors in the future. She said she was not hostile and expected us to 'do the right thing.' Also, she 'just won't do any future business with you (me)' and stated she would not charge the additional $50 for damages. The right thing? We disputed the damage but still offered to pay. I guess we were not supposed to raise any objection. This experience was aggressive, unprofessional, and lacked customer service skills. It was never about the money, it was about how I responded.

The large walk in fridgerater (with freezers) had so much meats and produces options. Pricing was decent for large slabs of meats but they do add up. I did gasp when I saw the total on the receipt but we did save alot as we can cut/freeze them.Highly recommend shopping here if you have membership. Got a 17.34lb of rib eye and I did manage to get about 17 steaks out of that. 11.67lb of boneless skinless pork belly which we thinly sliced with our slices machine at home. Do be careful with can items. We didn't do a throughly check when we grab a case of tomato sauce #10 cans; half was dented. But it's not like we could had open the case (sealed cardboard box) to check as well. We saw later that the side had a rip= dented. Also, lots of items (canned goods as well) on the shelves/racks can be dusty. 3 stars because of this issue. They are also particular about their return policy- have to be done at the same location. We took the loss as we weren't coming back to that location and tried to return at a closer location to home.

I bought a 2 door reach in with the understanding that it would be delivered next week. When I called for delivery Luis either didn't answer or sometimes said "tomorrow". I did find out that part of the delay was installing a new compressor. After 150 phone calls we did get the refrigerator delivered but WITH PROBLEMS. Luis did stand good and send out the mechanics. After throwing a filter drier at it and setting off the smoke alarms with freon we still did not have a refrigerator. Luis told me he would refund me to cover the expense of the TXV that needed replaced. The refrigerator does work now because I fixed it with advice from a friend of mine who works in HVAC. Luis and his mechanics are still at large and guess what? I got NO REFUND and Luis DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! If you buy from Dani you may get a great deal but you MAY ALSO GET BURNT.

Visited almost every shop, everyone was super nice. Alaskan king crab legs were 80 per lb and super colossal stone claws were 38 per lb and bushel crabs 150-200 depending on who you ask. we settled on a 10lb bag of cockles 5.65 per lb from Montauk and a 120 bag of kumamotos $210 from Blue Ribbon. The space is really bright and wide inside and there are cars moving around fast, so you should be careful walking on the pedestrian walkway. The market is open from 2am to 7am Monday through Friday. The parking is $7. Be expected to wait in the car for a little bit if you arrive close to 2am. However, the cars do move fast enough to enter the market. We ended up getting scallops, oyster, shrimps and uni. We tried to cook everything the next day and they all tasted very fresh. We will probably visit again soon to try their fish, but firstly we need to find more friends to share with us lol
