It wasn't til I was rereading ALL their many pages of rules that I even notice WE were supposed to provide toilet paper. I can buy 80 trash bags from Aldi for $5 and a multi roll toilet package for $10. It's really not a bank breaker. They will leave you a bottle of wine but NOT toilet paper. The owner said no toilet paper was normal. I've asked tons of people I know and they're all shocked to hear this is even a thing. I'll be looking elsewhere for a rental next time. This one was definitely not worth the price.

ANGEL HIDALGO took SIX HUNDRED dollars from my security deposit to re-paint the cabinets, claiming that the "owners claimed the cabinets to be WHITE upon move in." So they take $600 based upon a lie, and it gets even better... I view the property a year later - THEY NEVER PAINTED. Look up the property, the cabinets are BLUE! I got charged $600 for them to supposedly paint them white, and they literally just stole the money. This will not be the last they hear of me.

When we signed out lease they said that would not be a problem we can switch anytime. Turns out it is a problem now we have to wait until our lease Is up. So we wait until a few weeks before our end of lease and start looking at houses. They do not help you in anyway try to get into another place. We apply and they give you the run around. Say they will call you back. Never happens... Lost out on multiple properties because no one will help. Now we are going to just give our 60 day notice and find a better rental company. Hopefully they give us our deposit back without a problem because the house is in much better condition that when we arrived...
