And while it took a couple of weeks to get them out, they were hard working, fast, and performed miracles on our front door!! They had plenty of stain colors to choose from and didn't change the pricing. The only up-charge was to replace bottom piece or "the sill" under our door. That was important to us because it can save on your electric bill. They even managed to sand down the scratch marks our dogs left. You couldn't see a thing! I'll be telling everyone I know about them. I am a Realtor and previous house "flipper" and didn't realize it was even an option!

So we confirmed the appointment the day before on 2/24/23, made arrangements to be available promptly at 8 am on Saturday. At 8:17 am on Saturday-Carlos/door refinisher texted me,saying the was running a little behind. Will let me know when he got closer. I responded-Ok we are waiting. At 9:18 I texted Carlos asking how far are you from our home, Carlos responded at 9:24 am saying he was 35 mins away coming from Sugarland. I live in Richmond ,TX which is Not 35 mins away. I called him at 9:25 am and asked him, why is he taking so long: His response was-that he stopped to do another job in Sugarland and it was his fault. That maybe he could make to our home at 10 am or a little after that! I told him to forget it, that we made arrangements to be available at 8 am. That it was BAD BUSINESS to do this to a customer, it says a lot about this company. That I did NOT want him to do anything. Then at 9:39 am he called me and said he talked to his boss and they would discount $50 off the price to redo my door. I advised him WE were not interested in doing any kind of business with him or the company. They are SO unprofessional! I would NOT recommend. I also called Crystal back the person who booked my appt, She didn't answer, I left a message explaining what happened, I NEVER got a call back. This company is UNRELIABLE, no customer service.
