They replaced the entire inside after it was installed incorrectly and exploded. Then when hooking up the new insert there was an electrical issue from the original install. The owner gave up trying to get our fireplace fixed and operational. They don't return phone calls and just ignore their issues if they don't know how to fix them. Extremely unprofessional! Don't waste thousands of dollars for a fireplace you cannot use from Central Florida Fireplaces!

When I complained about this to Hose, his response was that he didn't install the grill and cabinet therefore it was my problem. His lack of product knowledge and lack of customer service is shocking and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company at all.
