An hour or so after that text message I get a call from someone at this business, I told them they were unprofessional and the man started getting up set with me for their failure. I told them I'm not doing business with them. Now they are sending me threatening text messages and threatening to come to my house. I have contacted the local police department. I like that - I didn't feel pressured to make any choices but my own. In the end (no hard sell he was a tru professional). I am extremely satisfied and can sleep well, knowing that I can burn a fire in my hearth and leave the rest of the house unharmed. Anyone reading this review who has a fireplace in their home should do regular inspections to make sure that they didn't have an event like I did. My damper failed and slammed shut and my entire house (and lungs) was filled with smoke and fire extinguisher residue. Get your fireplace and chimney inspected regularly it could cost your life if you don't. I'm making a nice warm fire today and thankful for their service! I am blessed in many ways and incredibly lucky I found Young's Chimney. Two thumbs up my new British Chimney Sweep, see you next year and every year. The night before they were suppose to come, they called at 9 pm stating they would not be able to make it. They also would not reschedule me at that time. I called back a few days later and was told they could not come out for several months. I was annoyed but I had already bought the Groupon and I wasn't using my fireplace in the middle of the summer so I decided to wait and let them come. This morning my wife received a phone call from them stating that they would not be coming next week because they no longer service our area. Its ridiculous that we waited 7 months and they could not schedule us. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
