Here is my overall and specific review and recommendations. 2 stars for the Design Consultant Marshall. He was very knowledgeable and a very good salesman however, he claimed he "would be there every step of the way from start to finish." But didn't return phone calls when questions and issues arose. Make sure you and the Design Consultant are on the same page about your expectations on what the finished product will look like. If you have any spaces (closets, cabinets, etc) ensure your expectations are clearly agreed upon and written out in the contract. This will avoid any misunderstanding. Also, I recommend that you get quotes from any other company first so that you can compare costs while their salesman is there. The strategy they use is massive discount off quote IF you sign a contract before the salesman leaves. If you have your other quotes already in hand you can make a fair comparison. 4 stars for the install team. They team was punctual, professional and polite. They were concerned with keeping our floors clean and protected from the front door to the bathroom and did a great job cleaning up after the install. The broken door was unfortunate but accidents happen. 5 stars for Customer Service (eventually) initial contact had us worried that our concerns were not being taken seriously BUT once Andrew got involved we were kept up to date and informed of the plan to correct our concerns. He went above and beyond to try and make us happy.

Garrrett was great, he was very professional, courteous, and well informed about the products and different options. As for price, that's going to depend on the size of your project and a whole bunch of different variables. Personally, I had three of the national, premium custom-made window, replacement companies come out and one regional company to quote the price. In my case as of doing this project. I found window world to be very competitive in their pricing, especially considering their excellent lifetime warranty. After I ordered the office staff kept me up-to-date on where my windows were within the manufacturing process. My new windows arrived at their facility well within their stated/estimated timeframe. When the installers arrived at my house, direct employees of window world, not independent contractors, or people they just hired for the day. I've had them replace a…read morestrip of shingles that came loose in a storm, they fixed a bad leak around a vent pipe, and recently they replaced my entire roof with a high-quality hail-resistant roof, along with repairing a rotted soffit. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. I recently had my water service line replaced from the meter to my house. During the project, David discovered that the boring contractor hadn't installed the new line deep enough to meet code. It would have been easy to work around it, trench through my landscaping, or simply let it go--but instead, he advocated for me. He stood his ground, insisted the boring company come back and do the job correctly, and ultimately saved me from ending up with a substandard installation. That decision cost him an entire day's work while everyone waited for the boring company to return, but he still put doing the job right ahead of simply getting paid and moving on. To top it off, when the project was finished, his final invoice came in below the high end of the estimate he had originally given me. In a world where it's common to brace yourself for surprise costs, that was a refreshing experience.
