These people are so incompetent that it's not even funny. I send my payments through bill pay, and every couple of months they send me a notice that I'm past due on my payment. When I call, they can't even find my payment and tell me that I paid a different amount. I send them proof of my payment and I have to wait for them to acknowledge that they receive my email. This happens with them all the time they don't know what they're doing! The amount that I am paying for homeowners insurance for a condominium is outrageous, and then they don't even know what they're doing! Horrible, horrible Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this property management company. From the start, communication has been inconsistent and frustrating. Calls often go unanswered. When you do try to call, no one answers, or you are left on hold for hours sometimes up to two hours only for someone to finally pick up and then hang up the call. It is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time. Even when you manage to speak with someone, it quickly becomes clear that no one in the office is actually able or willing to resolve the issue. You are passed around or left without any real solution. What is even more concerning is that this company withdrew an association payment directly from my bank account without my authorization. I do not have automatic payments set up, and the payment was not even close to being due. There is absolutely no justification for taking money from someone's account under these circumstances. This is a serious breach of trust and raises major concerns about how they handle residents' financial information. the staff shows little to no empathy or professionalism when addressing concerns. Instead of feeling supported as a resident, I feel ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I reported three large potholes in front of my house that are creating a safety risk to everyone walking through the area. The holes keep growing and filling with garbage and rain water and nothing has been done from them or the members of the board. They have not responded with a resolution. Completely disappointed with this PM. I am an owner at Lakeview Gardens Condominium. They took over our property July 1, 2020. Since then I am unable to get someone to answer my calls. On the contrary, the three separate times I have called they have hung up on me when they could not answer my question. When I call back it goes to service. It is close to impossible to get someone on the phone to assist you. I don't know why our Board voted this PM group. Our previous PM, Unite PM were first class professionals who would address any concerns in a timely manner, unlike Renovations Pm. My small community took a dive once this company was brought in. I have a really hard time telling if the reason for their horrible service is due to sheer incompetence or just unethical behavior driven by greed. I have had my AutoPay disabled without my consent generating delays in payment, which has never been an issue in 6 years. The only noticed received was the "final notice" where they state their intent to set collection processes forward. No previous letters, no phone calls. On another event, the company started generating biased and unjustified violations to a big part of the community, which led to a shameful "violations committee meeting" that was so poorly managed that had to be rescheduled twice since we did not have quorum from the committee itself! Its been 3 weeks trying to reach a lady y the name of "Genie" and she is either always on with a client or out of the office. These people are the worst! This is a nightmare that never ends! If I knew how bad this company is in general And how bad their local managers, I would have thought twice about buying my property. First we had to push our closing twice, thanks to ignorance and unprofessionalism of these people. No one in the office would pick up the phone to give as any timelines. No one!!!!!!!!! We own our property for a month already and still can't get them to establish our payments so they still take money automatically from old owners. 10 emails were sent to the company, local manager and his assistant. This is the most incompetant property management company in all of Miami. When you call you get put on hold and transferred to voicemails. Not one person who works there knows what is going on. HOA payment checks that were sent via Fed-Ex and signed for were not opened for months or properly applied to accounts. If someone actually did their job, this would not be happening. The checks have now been cashed. I continue to received late payment letters for a property I sold 4 months ago. This is the most unprofessional association i have ever dealt with. I own a property that is managed by this company, i send emails after emails, phone calls with no responses. Reyna specifically is so unprofessional and rude. she doesn't let you speak and speaks over you. I have tenants who submitted their application to rent in the beginning of April and it's May 6th and still no response from the association. There is a family waiting to move in and this association has no sense of urgency. They asked i fix a couple things around the yard which i did immediately and that still didnt speed up the process. I contacted them via email and phone on July 11th regarding a leak in the roof. I was told by the receptionist that they would contact Oscar Borras. They replied via email on the 14th that they would contact Oscar and get it fixed asap. I have not heard from them at all since them. My mother in law also contacted them via phone and the woman who answered said they had no record on file regarding this issue. I emailed again on the 16th and 17th and got no response. I called again today at approximately 10:50 am and no one answers. My experience with this company is awful!! It's probably one of the worse, most lazy and unprofessional businesses that I've ever dealt with. If you are looking for NOTHING to ever get accomplished by a property Management team you have found the right one! Looking for a Property Management company in Florida who just take the money and do NOTHING when it comes to association problems. Then you have found the correct association. Weekend in and weekend out I call in regards to MAJOR Noise complaints coming from a Apartment on the opposite side of my building which has the BASS so high the entire building shakes from it, yet apparently they cannot do anything about this. AT THE SAME TIME I have downstairs neighbors that apparently opened some kind of wood shop in their apartment and spend day in and day out hammering until the late hours of the night specifically Fri- Sun. and this is also something they can do nothing on. When I got a call from the so called "MANAGER" she went on to give me extreme attitude because I was upset on the phone for GOOD REASON when I wake up to this mess every weekend. She went on to tell me there was nothing they can do about it.. SO my question is what do we pay an association fee for? They can't even be bothered to take down Christmas lights that were put up a year ago. They don't bother to follow up with complaints. All they do seem to care about is that check at the end of the month. I am appalled as a person who has worked for well established property management companies to see how this one is managing MULTIPLE complaints from a property OWNER that has lived in this community for over 15 years. Little to no consideration has been taken, yet these renters that don't even own the property and just coming in and lowering the value , integrity and peace of this community. Currently trying to purchase a property for the first time, and for a company with the slogan "A company that takes care of you", they seem not to care at all. When I went to get my questionnaire expedited, they said that I would receive it in 3 days, 10 days later I got it done incorrectly... Incredible! When I called to ask why this had happened, they just kept saying they lost it or they don't know what happened or that supposedly I didn't give them my contact information when it was the first page I gave them. The people who operate the front desk seem to be on another planet while having the worst attitudes and dressing like their at home. For a "professional company," it all looks pretty childish to me. Lack of communication and transparency with homeowners. Two floodings in the community they manage and they took more than 24 hours to communicate and start required works. The communications are very poor. The financial department improperly applies maintenance payments that are mailed in with coupon slips designating their purpose. No coupons slips are being provided for special assessments. It is very difficult to communicate with them to resolve issues. Promises are made to send communications via emails that don't happen. Very unprofessional company to say the least... I recently purchased a property that's managed by them, and for over a month I was trying to explain to the workers that we are PURCHASING not RENTING. It took over a month for the company to finally read my warranty deed and make the transfer of ownership to myself. An employee named Reyna was helping me, and I sent her the warranty deed, she then stated I would receive an email with payment instructions. I called her back a week later because I still didn't get my paperwork and she tells my wife that we never sent her the warranty deed. The woman at the front desk was talking to my wife and gave nasty attitude. She stated incorrect things about our paperwork and called her by the previous owners name. Again they thought we were renting after telling them multiple times we are purchasing. It took for me to call them and to be stern to finally get something resolved. They don't answer any concerns I've messaged them and contacted them a bunch of times because we keep having break ins to our cars and they honestly don't care. They have never replied to my emails or returned my calls. One tome I got a person over chat said they would forward my message but yeah never heard back. I've even gone to our office which has an employee they hired and that's a waste it's like talking to the wall. They hire these so called securities over night that I have never seen to protect our property which honestly is false. The one time i saw was the first week I moved in. Our building is currently falling apart we overpay for our association fee for that crap job they do. Oh and I can't forget to add I have told the lady in our community office to let the garner company know to please stop blowing dirt into our balcony and they don't stop. 6801 Indian Creek Dr - building has 2 elevators, one of them not working almost 2 years. Other breaks occasionally, good luck if you stack without phone. Stairs are dirty, never cleaned. Sidewalk dirty, pool had dead flies swimming. They also constantly videotaping tenants & watch videos daily which makes great comfort for everyone especially if you in swimsuit in the pool... The pool is in the roof, but fanny thing- management think only superintendent has access to roof. They not even aware of how building structure... there no intercom connections- so good luck to your FedEx, UPS or food delivery- you better watch it downstairs. read more

In my personal experience renovations has been great. They maintain my community beautiful. They are always up to date and the maintenance is always there when you need them. Every time I call customer service my questions get answered and they keep me up to date if I have any balances pending so that I don't get late fees.
