They told us it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks, I called and inquired and they said it should be close to that delivery date. Their previous orders with that company have been close to 8 weeks, but they would check into it. I called at 10 weeks, still nothing but they promised to check. No one got back to me. I called again after 12 weeks and again they promised to check; but this time someone actually checked. What she discoved is that Village Green never placed by order until June 9th!! The only thing they said is we apologize.

Since they do not do removal I had thrown my old furniture to the curb the night before. When furniture arrived the next day, both couch and loveseat had defects. The center console top on the loveseat was completely crooked and would not close. The couch had an end cap falling off and they tried to ignore they even saw it while installing. If they would have said "There is damage and we need to fix or replace it" as they were setting it up, I would not have needed to return it. The installers tried to ignore it was a problem and get out the door before I could even see it... I have lost 10 weeks, trust in Bobs, and my original furniture, but now have an order from Ashley Furniture and maybe soon I can finally throw out the folding chairs in my living room... Thanks Bob

Reschedule another delivery for today. Received call 2 hours before delivery tell me same unprofessional men coming to my home. Want to reschedule again 3rd time for me to miss work. Never paid for damages from. June 13th. Told via text I should pay for the damages! Said they credit my account - lie! Told me i had deal with credit company if i rerurn all together! Bobs already been paid! Ive paid credit company $725 already! Lie after lie after lie! I have video of June 13th! I am in disbelief of the games ansld run around ive recieved! Never ever do business here! Im going end up in court over this becauae i will not pay for broken furniture and continue to miss work! ​​

Things were nicely arranged and not cluttered. On our late summer visit, we were serenaded by the mild sound of crickets, and it was a nice accompaniment to my browsing. I didn't pay attention to prices since I didn't see anything I had to have, but I would come by again.

The store is very cute. It is very easy to pass by because it is in a residential area. There are no other businesses around it and the signage is pretty subtle. There are minimal amounts of vintage items. There are lots of items you can find in other stores in Geneva, etc. There did seem to be an abundance of beachy items which I didn't expect in a place called Urban Farmgirl. If you are thinking that you will be checking out lots of vintage items or updated vintage items, that isn't the case. There is some of this, but mostly new items. It's a very cute store and worth a browse.

She was about 20 mins late, snobbish/snotty, and didn't even due a full walk through. She walked in and saw the living/dining room, family room and stopped at kitchen. Said it was not going to work as there is too much stuff and too much cleaning needs to happen. Was here for about 10 mins and left. Very unprofessional!
