The props are hilarious, unique, and not your typical "mustache and glasses on a stick" (way over-used) & there's tons of props! They great thing is, you have time between pictures to switch up your props to make epic booth strips! 3. The booth worker is fun and engaging with the crowd which encourages awesome pictures! We originally called Boothshoot to get a quote on a photo booth and we ended up talking about needing a DJ as well. They worked out a bundle deal for both and totally rocked out our reception. Our guests going strong on the dance floor and lined up for the photo booth until we shut things down at midnight. They played just the right mix of old stuff and new stuff to keep everyone happy. Even my Nana danced and she's 75! Can't recommend these guys enough!

The woman who was there to help, Anna, was not pleasant. She wanted concrete set ideas and told me, "My problem is you don't know what you want." This is only one of the other rude things I can name. I was standing there self soothing myself and at the same time feeling like I needed to use de-escalation skills that I teach at work. It seems all so ridiculous! As a business, wouldn't you think that a place would try to build rapport with you? Her tone was intense and did not fit the joyful energy I would want when planning for a wedding. I couldn't take it after a while. I am at least glad I made her aware that her tone was not appreciated and that I am leaving. I would not come back and I would not recommend for those still building the vision of your event.

I was referred to them from a friend who used their services at her wedding and said nothing but good things about them. When my fiance and I went to our initial appointment with the owner, he was very nice and professional. He sat down and explained all of the packages and add ons that were available and we did not think to look else where because it just felt right. We had several appointments before our big day and everything was ready to go with our song choices and time line of when things should start. Oh was I wrong. It all started when we went to the reception hall after we got married. I had asked the DJ to set up early that day so we could be sure everything would be ready for us when we got there for the cocktail hour at 5:00. When we got there some of our guests were waiting in the hall for us to get there so as soon as we arrived we walked into the room and the hall had everything set up so beautifully but there was no music. I looked around and asked if we could see our room where the dinner would be (we had a split room) and once again, everything was set up very nice but there was no equipment of the DJs. My heart started racing and I asked the owner of the hall where my dj was and he just told me not to freak out but they had no idea where he was and they could not get in touch with ANYONE from Entertainment Express. At that point all I could do was cry. I could only think about how horrible my reception is going to be with out music. The owner of the hall tried to calm me down by saying he could pull out some music they had for a back up but still I was freaking out. How was I supposed to do my first dance with elevator music?! During the cocktail hour the hall did play their overhead music and no one seemed to notice or care. About 15 minutes before the guests were supposed to migrate to the dinner room, I see the big van pull of with Entertainment Express DJs on the side. I ran over to the door and was one step short of strangling the dj but when I saw him I had no idea who he was. This was not the dj we had set up with and had an appointment with. We were supposed to have the owner, Keri. I asked what had happened to the kid (and by kid I mean he looked like he was 17 or 18) and he said that Keri got sick and called him last minute to do our wedding. I gave him a piece of my mind, even though he was not the cause for my stress, and he apologized and said he would do his best. As soon as I calmed down and we were about ready to be introduced, he came up to me and said "now how do I pronounce the names of the people in your wedding party"? Seriously?!!!! This was done months ago.... The night ended up being okay but I know it would have been alot better if we had the dj we originally signed up for and if he would have gotten there on time. What bride should seriously worry about anything on her wedding day?! DO NOT use EE for your music. They are so unprofessional and unethical. Someone from that company should have at least called that day and said what was going on and assured me that things would be okay.
