The owner called the day prior, and we worked out the delivery time...which was earlier than the scheduled time (bonus time for the kids to play), and she was very accommodating to my scheduling as well. The day of delivery, the slide was delivered ON TIME, and was delivered by the other owner. He was very professional, and very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him as he set up the gigantic slide by himself. He was ON TIME when it was time to pick up the slide, his helper and him came in with cleaner and vacuum to clean the unit prior to them breaking it down. Which I was impressed with. They were again, both very friendly. I will definitely rent from them again! I have already recommended them to several people. I have rented from a competitor in the past, in those instances they delivered on time, once cutting it very close to being set up on time, once they left the unit at my house overnight (which sounds cool, but was very inconvenient) without letting me know prior, and I never saw them clean the units prior to break down. Which is why the rental from Blast Off impresses me so much.

Beyond that it was so entertaining for the party, the rental was quick, easy, and reliable. The delivery crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and got in and out quickly so I could continue on with my set up. They came when they said they would, the dunk tank was in great condition, and the communication throughout the transaction was great. To anyone thinking about renting anything from this company, don't do it! A couple months ago we decided to rent a huge slip and slide for our daughter's high school graduation. We have a huge yard and have never had an opportunity to have a fun summer outdoor party. Since there was a chance it would be hot we decided on a large slip and slide water slide. This company had one that we thought was so cool! It was a splurge (close to $800.00) but our daughter did amazing in school and deserved it. I called and spoke with the company after I received the waiver and contract a few days before the party to make sure what I ordered was what I was expecting. She confirmed it was. I told her we would be available the evening before or the morning of the party if they wanted to set up earlier. The women I spoke with said the crew will probably do that because they have a big event the same day as our party. I then felt comfortable to pay our bill in full which was required and waited for the arrival of the slip and slide. They didn't show up the night before the party so we were anticipating it to show up anytime that Saturday before 1:00. I started to get nervous but assured myself this was a legit company and they should be here any minute, but when 1 o'clock rolled around (party starts at 3:00) and they weren't here yet, I began to worry.I called them and got an answering machine at 1:06. I called back 20 minutes later and someone actually picked up and told me that she did have me on the schedule for an early morning delivery, but they were having issues with the crew that day, and she would have to call me back. When she called me back I was not expecting her to tell me that we WOULD NOT be getting our slip and slide that day. Her entire crew was at the large $20,000 event but they will refund my money. Wait, What?!?!?!!!!! I had 75 people coming that 90° day and my daughter kept asking me all day where her slip and slide was! I told the woman that I don't want refund, I want a slip and slide that I already paid for it in full! How can a company do something like this. Imagine my heart dropping and not understanding how this could possibly happen. I begged and pleaded like an insane person and said we would go pick it up ourselves but were told it was not possible, nobody is there, it wasn't going to happen. I wanted to jump into the phone and strangle this woman! I have never in my life been this angry! My daughter was watching from afar with panic in her face. I felt helpless. No one even called me to tell me there was a mix up!! Don't ever use that company jumping wheelie's! I immediately called a friend who had a party a few weeks before ours to find out who they used, and it was Bounce House Kingdom. I then called them to see if they had anything at all available for that day and I was told they had one 19 foot waterslide left and they could bring it to us within 45 minutes, which they did in 30 minutes!They were extremely kind and great to work with and saved our day! They informed me that I was not the first person to call them with an issue from that Jumpin Wheelies company. They said they usually require more notice but would hate to ruin a kids party day.
