You don't need an appt, you can just walk in and browse but I highly recommend scheduling a consultation appt. Our consultant was Tatianya (sorry if I misspelled it) and she was AMAZING! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and just overall so kind and patient. As first time parents and no more in person baby stores (except for the few pottery barns, crate & kids and some department stores) we had so many questions about a lot of products. We really wanted to focus on strollers and car seats because that was the most important to us. We were able to see the various options and to even come to the conclusion of the exact ones we wanted! It was very easy and Tati was so helpful. We were able to look at pretty much every section for our registry, which I had built 80% before going but just needed a few of the bigger items to touch and handle in person. I highly recommend coming here to see the newest products and familiarizing yourself with them before purchasing or putting them on your registry.

I was a little skeptical as some reviews stated customer service was lacking, and there were no appointments for an assisted tour available for us to book on a weekend for over a month out. But we were impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the women that were working the floor. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for our needs. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided explanation on how the store worked and were asked which items we were most interested in looking at and were provided their locations in the building for easy viewing. There are multiple bathrooms and lactation rooms for guests, which is great for expectant and current mothers. There is also an elevator to access the second floor if you're unable to use the stairs or have a stroller etc. The best part of the visit was trying on the baby carriers with the different weighted baby dolls, as I had back surgery at a young age and was very unsure which harness would be comfortable on my back (especially with the added weight of a baby). I did only give 4 stars as we were all a little disappointed that you cannot buy anything in store. In addition I wish there was more selection and variety in some of the rooms, however all of the items we were most concerned about had plenty of options.

We noticed **far fewer blowouts** compared to disposables, which was a huge plus. However, we did experience **more pee leaks**, so we had to change diapers a bit more frequently. One of the biggest wins was that using Luludew helped us **fully potty train our daughter at just 22 months**, which was amazing! Unfortunately, we had to stop using the service with our twins because of **frequent order mix-ups**, which became too frustrating to manage. That said, I still **highly recommend** Luludew for their quality and eco-friendly approach. If they can work out the order issues, it would be a 5-star experience!

Here are some highlights from our experience using their services for a year…read more - We didn't have to worry about diapers at all! after our initial zoom meeting with them where they explain how the service works and where you can ask any questions you have, you give them your due date, and they take care of the rest. We got our diapers sent to our home with plenty of time so that was one thing less to worry about. - They have different types of diapers, so we were able to upgrade from the fitted ones to the all in one as our son grew. - They also have the wipe service that we used, and a wipe solution that you can refill with them (save some money and more eco friendly) - We bought the Cloth Diaper Starter Set that has everything you need to start with (including the newborn covers and the wipe bag) - Since this was our first time using cloth diapers and being new parents we needed help! Alyssa and her team were there for us all the way. So when we had pee leaks or we were not sure if it was time to size up, we were able to join one of the fitting classes and ask any questions we had at no extra cost. - We also were always able to find them over the phone and through email during their business hours (want to clarify this because believe me I reached out to them several times during this year). - The way the delivery works is once a week they come to pick up your dirty diapers and leave new ones. They recently also added a new system that notifies your phone when the driver is on his way with an estimate time, and another text telling you what time they picked up your diapers. I believe you can also have this as an email if you dont want to get the text. - Not sure if this is still an option but, If you can take advantage of the packages! Instead of doing month to month, we did this and it comes with free diaper covers, diaper travel bags (great when you are on the go), wipe bags and you get some weeks for free depending on what you choose. This was a great incentive for us. - The diapers are cleaned without using chemical products, this was very important for us! So we love Alyssa, her team and everyone working at Luludew! The only reason we are closing our account is because our son outgrew the biggest diaper size they have. So Alyssa please make sure you get bigger ones in the future! specially for babies with chunky legs! :)
