I was so excited to see that LA had a Babylist showroom - I'd highly recommend making an appointment so that someone on the team can help walk you through all the different products so you can get tips and recommendations for your registry. The showroom has all the popular baby items that everyone tends to add to their registry and me and my husband especially liked the strollers area. There's not a lot of shops where you can test all the popular strollers so this was a great location to just see and test everything out. It is a very large showroom with 2 story and we came out very more prepared and educated with what we wanted to register for our baby. I also really liked that we got to see everything in person. You don't actually purchase anything here but it's meant to help you with building your registry with the Babylist and also see everything in person. There's a lot of areas too where they make it interactive like a giant baby bjorn (which was super comfortable by the way), photo opportunities and booths so overall it was a very fun time! They have a parking structure across the street with free parking as well for a set amount of time. I would highly recommend the showroom to all expecting parents!! :) read more

Being first time parents, my husband and I have been overwhelmed with options and suggestions for everything baby related online. We decided to visit on Father's Day with family and were pleasantly surprised. I was a little skeptical as some reviews stated customer service was lacking, and there were no appointments for an assisted tour available for us to book on a weekend for over a month out. But we were impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the women that were working the floor. They answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for our needs. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided explanation on how the store worked and were asked which items we were most interested in looking at and were provided their locations in the building for easy viewing. There are multiple bathrooms and lactation rooms for guests, which is great for expectant and current mothers. There is also an elevator to access the second floor if you're unable to use the stairs or have a stroller etc. The best part of the visit was trying on the baby carriers with the different weighted baby dolls, as I had back surgery at a young age and was very unsure which harness would be comfortable on my back (especially with the added weight of a baby). I did only give 4 stars as we were all a little disappointed that you cannot buy anything in store. In addition I wish there was more selection and variety in some of the rooms, however all of the items we were most concerned about had plenty of options. read more

Yosolin was a little less than welcoming to me when I stopped in. I am a man so maybe she thought I was up to no good? I was greeted with a what are you doing here? I told her I was just checking it out and that my wife was pregnant. She explained to me how the place worked (can't buy directly there etc) I said cool. I left and came back with my wife. We came in a few minutes before closing unbeknownst to us of course. She didn't say hey just so you know, we are closing in a few minutes but we open back up at whenever. She point blank said, um we close at 6. Basically saying, you need to turn around and leave. I wanted to show my wife one of the strollers so I said ok, well we will be quick. Honestly, I don't think I'd be back here based on the experience today. My assumption would be that if I came in with an 8 month pregnant wife, the service would've been spectacular. Unfortunately assumptions aren't facts, so do with this review what you will. Maybe if you're a guy, go in with lower expectations than I had. read more

I was left disappointed overall in the options available to see & in the knowledge of the staff. If you live in the area then it wouldn't be a bad place to stop in and check things out but we drove far expecting a larger showroom and better explanations for products. Just one example, we were interested in seeing the Cybex Callisto G 360 rotating car seat and the employee told us they didn't have that one in the store to view, however, as we looked around we did find it amongst the car seats. read more

Taya offered us excellent customer service answered every question directed us through every step of the car seat stroller journey. She explained the pros and cons of each item along with pricing. I highly recommend this place if you are an expecting mother or father it will give you a lot of options to choose from as well as hands-on experience. The only con is parking. If you or your family is expecting soon, this Babylist showroom is a nice resource to check out a variety of baby items up close. We had already gone to the box stores and seen some baby stuff but it was limited and no service there. However at Babylist you can actually speak to people to help. We actually went to one of the quarterly events Babylist hosts with vendors and it was amazing. I was really surprised with how many people were there to help. There were Babylist organizers as well as vendor reps from the baby merchandise manufactures. We attended a live seminar and demonstration about the Romer stroller which was nice because the explain stroller needs to first time parents that you can consider for any stroller system out there. After we browsed around, and each item has a QR code where you can add the item to your Babylist registry thru their app. There are two floors with tons of items from baby bath, bottles, strollers, cribs, saftey monitoring, carriers for cars and on your body, formula, lots of fancy keurig style formula machines, many many eco friendly products and more. The stroller section was by far the busiest and it was interesting to see which stroller people were frenzying over. We had a great demonstration from the EvenFlo reps who showed off their travel system. You can roll around the strollers and pick up the car seats even with a weighted baby doll to simulate baby. Other reps like Romer also demonstrated all the folding and unpacking of the stroller systems to us. Very helpful. All around there were vendors talking about organic formula, sustainable swaddler blankets, diaper disposers that use regular trash bags but seal and more. It was like a mini baby convention center. Ok here was the best part... Lots of free samples and full items being given away. You get a welcome bag with baby supplies and pamphlets. Walking around we received blankets, tumblers, tea brewing glass bottles, teethers, pacifiers, bottles, and yummy refreshments. Cute donuts shaped like teething rings with mint spritzers. Coming from a time where there were more baby stores around to walk into, this was a welcoming experience instead of guessing online products. There was plenty of time to try things out on our own and then also opportunities to speak to a vendors about specifics. Don't be shy, there are plenty of people to help. Parking is available the street or across the street in a parking structure. read more

I'm so glad there's a store with all things baby! This was such a fun and eye-opening experience for my husband and I. As an avid online-shopper, it was nice to be able to test out and see all of the different products IRL. The staff here area all SO knowledgeable about all of the products in the store and provide great input. I truly would've been so lost without them. Especially when it came down to strollers and carseats, being able to push and try all of the most popular options was super helpful. I've watched so many YouTube videos prior to this, but this experience was incomparable and definitely necessary. Yosenia was the staff member that helped us out the most in this area. She easily spent an hour+ alone with us, helping us try all of the different options and answered all of our questions. Shout out to Yosenia!!! True MVP!! There were also fun little freebies like keychains, stickers and other interactive fun photos areas for the parents to just enjoy. We initially came in thinking about 1.5-2hrs would be sufficient, but we definitely wanted more time. We ended up coming back a second day to finish off the rest of the store. Although you can't buy anything in the store, you can easily scan barcodes for all of the products to add onto your registry or Babylist cart. Parking was also very easy. There is a parking structure right across the street that gives you the first 2 hours free which was really convenient. In this day and age it's great that this store exist to touch and try all the baby items in store. As much as I love online shopping, deciding on baby items is a tough decision. Babylist makes it's easier. Great staff that is friendly and knowledgeable. Although you can't buy in store you can scan and create your baby registry which is functional. Items priced on their site are comparable to other retailers which I liked. We enjoyed the claw machine and the baby name gumball machines. Plenty of meter parking depending at what time you arrive. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time as once you're in here there is plenty to explore and try. read more

My husband and I are expecting our first child and came here to check out some baby items- mainly strollers. Carol was extremely helpful with providing info about the different strollers and their features. We really appreciated her help with picking our system. They also have carriers, some high chairs, bottles, a few cribs and bassinets, bath stuff, and a few recliners. My husband I visited on Sunday 11/23/25 . We were amazed on how many things they had on display . We were especially pleased with Ray one of the sales rep . Ray was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different strollers with us . Ray always had a smile on his face and made us feel comfortable to keep asking questions. On the other hand when we went upstairs we saw 3 ladies sales reps in a corner just talking and when we went up to them to ask them questions about cribs they seemed annoyed. Babylist took over the old Anthropologie space on South Beverly Drive. I was so sad to see Anthropologie go out as it was a very roomy store with lots of great merchandise. I was very curious to check out the new store in the space. It was the first time I heard of Babylist. For those who don't know, Babylist is both an online store that sells merchandise from different baby brands as well as their own label and also a place to create a baby registry. The registry has an interesting feature in that you can add items from other stores to the registry so that all your baby registry info is in one place. The two story store is nicely organized. Even though you can order everything online nowadays, seeing merchandise in person can really make a difference so it's nice that people can come here and compare the different products and brands to help them decide which items would work best for them. There are a couple things I don't like about this store. One is that it is really more of a show room. Most of the products are not for sale in the store. You have to buy them online. I find that annoying. If I'm in a store and I want to buy something I want to buy it in person. This would be such an amazing place to pick up a baby shower gift but, alas, you have to either sit down with your phone and do it yourself or go home and purchase on the computer and then wait. Another thing I don't like about this store is that there are no prices on the merchandise. If you want to know the price of something, you have to scan it with your phone and look at it online. Again, I don't like to do extra work when shopping in person. I think this store is good if you already have an idea of what you want to buy but for someone who doesn't know much about baby supplies it can be overwhelming. There were many sales associates there but I had to seek them out for help. I didn't find them to be very knowledgable but I did finally find one that was helpful. In the end, I did end up ordering a gift from Babylist from a registry. My experience wasn't that great. One item was delivered right away and the other item from the same order took forever to come. I ended up cancelling it. To their credit, they were quick to refund me for the missing item. I like the idea of this brand but the execution could use improvement. The Babylist Showroom was such a great experience as soon-to-be first time parents! An appointment is not required to walk in and browse the showroom which is what we did. We used the metered street parking right outside. I had already slowly built a registry on the Babylist app, so coming in with the app prepared made browsing here seamless! After touching and feeling various products and brands, you can scan the QR code on the product and quickly add to your registry. I felt that there were many staff members present and willing to provide assistance. It was so much fun to explore all different sections on both levels. This showroom is huge! Each section is themed such as a kitchen with all the stuff you'd need in a kitchen like high chairs, bottle sterilizers, bottle brushes; a bathroom with towels, robes, bathtubs; a bedroom section with cribs, bassinets, baby monitors, recliners, etc. We tried out different Baby Bjorn baby carriers with weighted baby dolls; pushed around and folded strollers; and carried and buckled in car seats. Seeing everything in the appropriate setting really helped to visualize how each product fits in our own home. Besides all the baby gear, there are lots of fun little things to do like a 360 photo booth, free baby name gumball machine, free claw machine to grab formula or a stuffed animal, and an actual shop to purchase items. read more

Joseline was the best staff ever! She should be running the place. We stopped by here after creating our Registry, as everything is now online orders and there are few places to actually see the products in person. From the showroom in the back, we tested our shortlist of strollers and car seats, and were able to finalize our top choices! The store is setup more like an IG set of backdrops intended for selfies. A couple of the areas were so cute we couldn't resist. Only reason for 4 stars is we were ignored by 3 or 4 workers in the showroom despite actively seeking help. Taiya at the BabyList store is incredible. I walked in all through the bottom floor clueless on what to do, try on, add to my registry. But then Taiya came along. We spent 90 minutes throughout the store while she held my hand through everything from backpacks, to strollers, nursing pillows, and bathing supplies. New moms.... you know this is all overwhelming but Taiya made it effortless and fun! Since the shopping experience has changed, there aren't as many baby stores as I recalled growing up. When I was pregnant this past year, it was frustrating shopping online for most baby gear and products that I would rather see in person. My visual in store options included Target and buybuy BABY, which is now closed. Therefore, I depended on recommendations and reviews from websites like Babylist. The displays at the other stores weren't as nicely curated as Babylist. The showrooms were cute and photo worthy with a lot of items and brands that we already used like Baby Bjorn, UPPAbaby, Burt's Bees, Dr. Brown's, and ezpz. The selection of each category is limited, but it's a good starting point to help determine what you would want or need in terms of quality and size. The selection wasn't as overwhelming as buybuy BABY, and it also had brands that you wouldn't see at Target. I'm past the phase where I would need this store because it is more suited for expectant parents that are putting together their registry. I mainly stopped because we were parked right next to it on South Beverly Drive. I also wanted to see the convertible car seats since my baby is close to outgrowing his infant car seat. Even though it's not a one stop shopping experience, it serves as a complementary shopping guide to navigate through finding the right baby products. I wish this was around when I was pregnant. It's nice to see that there is a store with 4 star friendly service that will help families find what they need for their babies. read more

Across the street is the city structure for 2 hours free parking, the best deal in Beverly Hills! As soon as I stepped inside the shop, I was cordially greeted and was given the layout and every staff member in every area were super friendly, pleasant and helpful. First, I don't have kids, my kid is my furbabe Fendi and we just came in to browse. Fendi was excited and immediately searched for the toys area of stuffed animals to add to her collection. And the stuff animals collection was a great selection. The store had some many other things that can be used for life necessities. What caught my attention was a leather rocker with a matching storage ottoman and it was offered in colors I liked and it was comfy and functional. I had to order via the brand's website ...ugh! I hate waiting and wanted it Now. But if you have some time, trimesters and or 9 months to wait, start a registry listing some of the best here at Babylist. Recommend! read more

Okay this is absolutely a must visit for parents to be if you live anywhere within a few hours of this showroom. I already had a babylist registry going online which I love, there are so many amazing features to it. When I saw on tik tok they had a showroom, I thought it was cool but had no idea where it was. I ended up driving on the 405 on the way back from a trip hunting for baby stores on Google when I saw it was a few minutes away! My husband and I pulled right up to parking on the street in front on a Sunday. Score! From the very beginning, the employees were all extremely helpful and kind! We never had to look far for help and were always offered plenty as well. This is essentially a showcase of all the top things you can register for on their website. If you dont have a registry started, they can help you get set up. You walk through themed areas (feeding, strollers, nursery items, bath items, etc.) Where you can test products and handle them in person to decide what you like. I was able to finally see some of the things I registered for, some of which I loved and some I ended up changing or removing based on seeing in person. It was incredibly helpful! There are also interactive little games and activities in the store. They have a spacious bathroom and lactation room as well for mommas, which was helpful because I constantly need a bathroom at 7.5 months pregnant! At the end, there is a baby shop where you can buy some items. They are mostly baby clothes, mom items, books, and little things in the shop for sale. Just enough to get you excited! Give yourself about an hour or 2 to go through the store if you have a lot you need to figure out. You won't regret it! read more

We were most interested in comparing strollers and high chairs and this was such a worthwhile visit. In the stroller/carseat area theres several popular brands along with a few different models from each. They have a simulation doll so you can see how the stroller feels with baby weight inside. Another great showroom feature is they have different terrains not the floor - grass, cobblestone, brick etc. - so you can see how the strollers handle on different surfaces. There's also several carseats and they have a simulation vehicle in the middle of the showroom so you can get an idea what it would be like to load and unload the carseat. There were about 2-3 babylist associates in that area and they did a great job of answering questions. For the highchairs they have a mock kitchen with dining table area so you can test counter height products as well as table height. This really helped us narrow down our choices. Upstairs there were several more areas for things like breast pumps, crib mattresses, and baby carriers. All the products have a tag with QR code so you can scan and add them to your babylist registry easily. read more

Parking: free parking across the street from baby list There aren't many baby stores left but this one is the most packed with all the baby essentials. They have some things for purchase but most of their merchandise is online. It is amazing to be able to see products in person and to see a large selection of alternative products. They also carry sample boxes for purchase if you can't decide on which product may fit your needs. The employees are on something cause they are so full of energy and just the friendliest bunch!! They are very knowledgeable and always have a smile . Don't be afraid to ask questions. You really can't find a place like this with so much baby stuff all in one place without having to go to many different stores. This place has two floors full of lots of displays. It has all the essentials and all the things you didn't even know you needed. There's lots of nice staff available for questions and to help show you how to use the products. The items seem to be on the pricier end but it is Beverly Hills so it's expected. I think this place is fun even if you aren't looking for baby stuff to look around. There's a free claw game, fun gumball baby naming wall, lots of events going on all the time with freebies (they happened to be giving out really good popsicles and dried flower bouquets when we were there), giant light bright wall, a stroller course. First time parents here. We visited Babylist on 03/30 around 1 pm and was super super excited. The lady who greeted us at the door was so great and definitely set our expectations really high. However, once we started walking around, it was REALLY difficult to get anyone's attention- especially in the stroller section. We waited around a lot because we understand that there are also other customers but at one point, there were about multiple employees with one couple. (There were also about 2-3 ish other couples around without help) When one of the employees became available, we went up to her to ask a question about a stroller and it felt like we were pulling teeth and had to know all the questions to ask instead of them educating us about these strollers. At that point we just decided to walk around and figure things out on our own. We left the store not even knowing the name of the travel system we really liked bc one of the car seats didn't have a tag and we didn't want to wait any further to get someone else's attention. There was one girl upstairs who was sweet enough to help us put on a carrier so all the stars go to her and the person at the door. Love the store, love that we can play around with the items but other than that, expected more from the staff. read more
