My wife and I came here looking to find and test out different baby items and I must say this is a great place to start. Taya offered us excellent customer service answered every question directed us through every step of the car seat stroller journey. She explained the pros and cons of each item along with pricing. I highly recommend this place if you are an expecting mother or father it will give you a lot of options to choose from as well as hands-on experience. The only con is parking. So good luck with that.

If you or your family is expecting soon, this Babylist showroom is a nice resource to check out a variety of baby items up close. We had already gone to the box stores and seen some baby stuff but it was limited and no service there. However at Babylist you can actually speak to people to help. We actually went to one of the quarterly events Babylist hosts with vendors and it was amazing. I was really surprised with how many people were there to help. There were Babylist organizers as well as vendor reps from the baby merchandise manufactures. We attended a live seminar and demonstration about the Romer stroller which was nice because the explain stroller needs to first time parents that you can consider for any stroller system out there. After we browsed around, and each item has a QR code where you can add the item to your Babylist registry thru their app. There are two floors with tons of items from baby bath, bottles, strollers, cribs, saftey monitoring, carriers for cars and on your body, formula, lots of fancy keurig style formula machines, many many eco friendly products and more. The stroller section was by far the busiest and it was interesting to see which stroller people were frenzying over. We had a great demonstration from the EvenFlo reps who showed off their travel system. You can roll around the strollers and pick up the car seats even with a weighted baby doll to simulate baby. Other reps like Romer also demonstrated all the folding and unpacking of the stroller systems to us. Very helpful. All around there were vendors talking about organic formula, sustainable swaddler blankets, diaper disposers that use regular trash bags but seal and more. It was like a mini baby convention center. Ok here was the best part... Lots of free samples and full items being given away. You get a welcome bag with baby supplies and pamphlets. Walking around we received blankets, tumblers, tea brewing glass bottles, teethers, pacifiers, bottles, and yummy refreshments. Cute donuts shaped like teething rings with mint spritzers. Coming from a time where there were more baby stores around to walk into, this was a welcoming experience instead of guessing online products. There was plenty of time to try things out on our own and then also opportunities to speak to a vendors about specifics. Don't be shy, there are plenty of people to help. Parking is available the street or across the street in a parking structure.

The owners, a husband and wife team, were incredibly helpful. I ended up going with the Bugaboo and I am so glad I came in to see them both in person. This is a great little mom and pop shop where the owners genuinely care about their customers and take the time to make sure you leave with what is right for you. It is refreshing to get that kind of service these days. I would highly recommend Traveling Tikes and I am happy to support a store like this.

I haven't seen this deal anywhere so I knew I had to jump on the deal. We did the transaction over the phone. I didn't pick up the car seat right away as I live far. Prior to pick up, it would of been helpful if the lady would of gave me a heads up on the parking situation. The store is on busy Ventura Blvd, which is all metered parking - good luck basically if you come here on a weekend, which I did. The day I show up there's no spots near & I ended up parking in loading which made me so paranoid of getting a ticket. I ended up asking the employee if I can park in the back & she said I could go around. Good thing I did because this car seat was HEAVY & BARELY fit in the car. I also did look around the store to see what else they have for sale. This truly is an infant store. You won't find toddler clothing or toys. All the merchandise is specifically geared towards infancy, which is nice, especially for first time parents who need all the things. I was underwhelmed, & felt a bit frustrated wishing they had more for toddlers. All in all, this is a great shop if you're looking for strollers, car seats, or cribs !!! Don't come here for clothing - the selection is boring. I would recommend this store for first time parents not sure which baby item would fit because baby items are an investment & it's always nice to try before you buy !

I walked in and the sales woman was helping the only other customer in the store. She never once acknowledged my presence in the 15mins I stood there with my hands full of items. All of my excitement was gone... I put my items down and left. And of course that wasn't acknowledged either. I'm extremely sad and disappointed. Both ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful!! Me and my little baby felt so loved as soon as we entered the store. We were greeted immediately with so much kindness. We were also offered to sit in the comfortable back sitting room and bathroom while they set up our stroller. It was like they were reading my mind because I really had to use the restroom after driving two hours in traffic to get there. I would totally recommend this store location to any moms out there looking for a kind place to relax and with your baby while buying a stroller, or car seat. Both classes were led by Barbara and Corgi, who were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. From the moment we walked in, they made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. More importantly, their website said the stroller I wanted was in stock and available in 4 hours for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't available for purchase and it had to be ordered. When I brought it up to the cashier, he said it was because they have it in store their inventory but not at the store? Huh?? After doing more digging I saw there was a "Terms and conditions" asterisk in fine print you have to click on to find out this information. All I saw was the green check mark that says "In stock and ready for pick up in 4 hours." Any other place I have ever been to- this would mean it would be in stock at the store. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Tired moms need clear signage if something is in stock or not. Time is precious in this season of life. We also need KINDNESS. My body is broken and recovering from giving birth. I am exhausted! I would expect a place who sells baby items to understand this. Overall, would never recommend this place and will tell everyone I know that it was an awful experience.
