There was no care to fix the mistakes that were made nor was there any customer service to try to retain what relationship had been started. We used them for our wedding, and day of there were wrong colors and sizes with both the linens for the tables and the vests that the groomsmen had rented. We had no time to check things beforehand because she "kept forgetting to order" and we did not receive everything till day before the wedding; leaving us in a panic if she would even follow thru. This one scenario doesn't even begin to cover how much of a mess using this business was. She answered the first phone call and told us to recheck and let her know what was needed. We were ignored the rest of the day and text messages/phone calls were never returned to us, our friends, or the wedding venue. There was no care to compensate, and no apology given; even with us continuing to reach out. I understand mistakes happen, but a good business does not ignore their client just because they have received payment in full. Without a doubt, was the worst vendor we worked with for the event and will not use them again nor recommend their linens for any event--which is sad because the linen options were almost limitless.

I was called the day they were suppose to be delivered and informed they do not deliver to my wife's location which is approximately 20 mins away. She seemed agitated that I asked why they stopped and she told me it was because the cost of gas among other things And told me to call another florist who could accommodate me on same day delivery. This experience was terrible and I had to scramble to get something last minute. On there website where I ordered it did not provide any delivery limitations or guidence. Although they make beautiful bouquets, I will not use them again to order flowers because of how rude they are. I can only imagine the delivery person treating my wife how they have treated me on several occasions and I'm not going to ruin her special day by having to deal with that.
