They refused to replace the furniture or return my monies back for three months. I got an attorney and reported them to the Attorney General's Office, The Better Business Bureau, etc. They did not want to go to court and be sued. I received all my monies back b4 Christmas and it was exactly all my monies which they kept for three months. Total of $999. I would think twice b4 doing any business with these people. They give you a friendly smile when your buying their furniture but God forbid you have a problem with their deliveries of their furniture they will not deal with you professionally. You've been warned. Beware of this business, go elsewhere where your guaranteed to get clean furniture without them robbing you.

What does an apology actually help in this moment? How does that help me get a bed or put my house back together as I wait for a delivery that has been pushed back for two days now? I was told that they know for a FACT they will not bring me my mattress today and pretty much I am out of luck. So I can see how they do not care about their customers. And I was told what the RED FLAGS are however how is that a red flag for me as a customer and not the company. Definitely seems like this is my fault as the customer and not the company who promises delivery dates. I was told the delivery was scheduled as an ASAP and not scheduled as it was supposed to be. Meaning that it was never set to be delivered and stated he said the customer would call to setup. How does that make sense? So the delivery not being guaranteed is not an excuse that can be used here. Because whoever answered the phone around 12:15 pm on 11/13 at this location let me know that this establishment does not care about their customers and does not make sure their job is completed. Also, they don't attempt to make things right when it is their fault. They just make excuses. I also have an email stating that it would be delivered today and it was delayed from the 11/12 date.
