The apartment I chose was a complete mess, which wasn't a big deal, I didn't mind cleaning and they lied and told me it was a safe neighbourhood. One of my neighbours had told me I needed to do my six months and get out on the first day, because I was a professional. I didn't understand what she meant until my cousin came to visit. I hadn't had the apartment for two days when my cousin and I had walked to Dollar General and were followed back to my apartment by a guy and his friend. They knocked on the doors and windows, trying to get us to let them in so we called the police, who told us the only white girls that walk that area are prostitutes, on drugs, or have warrants out for arrest and these guys probably thought we were new prostitutes and thought they would give us some business. Even the electrician who came to turn on my power said he wondered why I was living there because the area was BAD BAD at its best! When I phoned them to tell them what happened, they offered to move me to a different location, but I refused and told them they had lied to me once and probably would again! It had only been 3 days and I wanted my money back. They got defensive then, and refused to give me ANYTHING back and told me it was MY fault I was followed and that the neighbourhood WAS safe, and that could have happened anywhere. So they stole my $1500. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!
