It sounded like a lawn mower. I called him back and was going to come back in a few days. I told him I was done. My brother who lives in another state and is not a repairman, was able to diagnose the issue, ordered a part, drove to Illinois and fixed my machine in about 30 minutes. The whole repair job was only $20. I have always dealt with Henry's in the past and been happy with their service. I am very disappointed with the service I received this time. I won't be calling them in the future. My advice . . . Check their work before they leave your house.

They charge an additional $10 fuel charge and everyone has to pay $5.95 install supplies even if they didn't install anything and then they charge you tax on the $5.95 that I DID NOT BUY! I think that might be illegal. To make matters worse, they do not leave a bill because the repair man has no way to print it and it took me 3 phone calls and one email to obtain a copy of the bill! I am assuming that they don't want to give you a bill to see how they are taking advantage of you! Never again!
