When moving, you always expect some things to be scratched or small things broken, just by the nature of moving - but that really was not the case after Roland moved our things. Plus, they said they would be there at 10 A.M. and they were there at 9:58 A.M.! We had two spaces that we needed their help with: Unloading into our storage unit and into our apartment... on the third floor. There were no complaints from his guys and for both locations they were EFFICIENT even on a hot and humid day. I should also mention there was a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and we noticed! Roland also was great in guiding his guys on how to move or lift things properly if there was any question. He did not leave them to their own devices if there was a heavy or unwieldy item.
