Well, you get what you pay for. I called to make a reservation long-distance and I specifically asked if their dishware was *white* and was told that it was. However, when my brother picked it up, I discovered that it was not, in fact, white. If I was reading this, I would think I was being nit-picky, but when you plan a party with everything being white and black, it means that off-white dishes are somewhat noticeable. More importantly, any professional party rental should really know what color their dishware is.
This is the problem with Rental Depot, as the guy who talked to me on the phone said, 'hey, I'm a mechanic so I don't know about things like that.' In other words, they are set up to be a heavy equipment rental which just happens to also rent party equipment. This was apparent when I pulled up and saw the state of this location. It's a former Taylor Rental, emphasis on the formal.
The plus side to this is that Rental Depot is affordable. If you don't want to pay ridiculous prices, but you accept that they don't have a huge selection and maybe double check what you're ordering, then this place could work for you. read more
