Upon pickup, two guys brought the chairs directly to my car and loaded them in. The reason 2 stars is the quality of the chairs. Most of them had a substantial amount of rust on the metal legs, one chair was completely missing one of the legs, and I found 2 or 3 chairs with cracks in the plastic. One chair even had gum stuck to the bottom. I rented chairs from a since-closed competitor last year and they were in pristine condition. I wouldn't order from Atent for Rent again & in the future will spend the extra money to get a better quality chair elsewhere.
