The corners weren't touched. All he did was spray with a hose and half ass squeegee the water off. When I complained the next day, I was told that hard water removal isn't part the package. There are, at times, flaws, mishaps, and imperfections when completing services like window tinting. Knowing this I tend to be patient with the process and outcome, and focus more on how the person completing the service takes care of the customer. This was my experience with Tint Lady. Round 1 of tinting my '08 WRX needed to be corrected. Gina was more than accommodating to fix the issue, and was always positive and friendly. I know she stands completely behind the services she performed. Round 2 turn out great!!! I strongly recommend Tint Lady if you are looking for quality products and top tier customer service.
