From my first call to the shop, you took care of us. From the first time I walked in, you took care of me. The next time I came in you took care of us. After our back-up tile guy bails on us, you took care of us... and then we end up with Tony, who truly is a Tile Master. You guys took a Shit Sandwich, ground it up, turned it into fertilizer & grew us the most beautiful organic garden to look at & enjoy. These words can't even begin to really let you know how we feel. Thanks for Being You! m.y. Without a doubt... doing business with Tile Outlet & Granite was as seamless as possible. Each and every member of the Tile Outlet & Granite family made me feel like a valued customer from day one; whether calling back in for a substitute product to research, dropping material off at my home because something had to be adjusted mid project, or blessing us with an amazing human being, Tony, a master of tile setting.  Our past GC for a home renovation (that claimed he & his PM were experts at doing tile), who is a complete shyster with no business even thinking he could install tile, especially to be within parameters for the excellent warranties that both Schlüter and ARDEX offer, which he sold us on, was a complete charlatan. We had knotty alder cabinets throughout the house. We wanted white, so we debated replacing them…read more Had Jacob from Revive come over with Brandon the cabinet maker as well. The cabinets were 2008 and in Excellent shape so they presented to have Brandon make new shaker doors and have Revive Cabinetry do their magic and refinish/paint the cabinets. It included serious prep along with new crown and they even painted our Mantle above the fireplace. It completely changed the feel of our house for a LOT less money then to have new cabinets made without the head ache of a full on construction site. We ended up running the bar portion of the kitchen cabinets in Peppercorn Grey along with our laundry room and the other cabinets throughout in white. It was the right decision for us for sure. Andrew with Revive did an Excellent Job and was top notch with his communication! It took about 3 1/2 days for this job. Mostly the prep is the time spent, actual painting doesn't take very long, a couple coats of primer and then paint. We haven't decided on our handles yet, don't forget about that. Here are some before and after pictures. 1st Class Company and quality with nice guys you can Trust at your house while you are out. We did stay at the home every evening and had no issues with the ventilation they provided and the dry time was quick. My standards are pretty high and Andrews Standards were even higher as far as getting it done at a high level. He made a couple decisions that proved that to me. If your cabinets are still good quality and you want a change of look I highly recommend Revive with this approach.

RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.
