I rarely speak to anyone at the home improvement stand near the entrance of BJs. I've already had a ton of work done on the house and needed a break. However, I had been looking for replacement windows as my now former windows dated back to the late 1980s and most were a fog show. The section of the window bay at the front of the house was the worst offender for letting hot summertime sun rays make using the kitchen intolerable. Well, on a day a few months ago, I spoke with a Reunity Rep and agreed to an interview with a sales Rep under an Easter holiday offer. Atticus was a pretty sharp young sales Rep and the more I learned about these windows, I thought they'd be perfect for the front bay section, the kitchen area. Six were to be installed and everything went smoothly in the process - permit, creation of the windows,set time for delivery and installation - but installation was where a major issue showed up upon pulling the first old window out - dead termite damage from years ago! Long story short, this was where First Coast Contracting took over (See my review on FCC) and the windows sat in my storage shed for a couple of months - sadly during the hottest days of summer. But the time FCC just about completed its work, Reunity had to come in again to install the windows to enable both companies to fulfill their respective tasks in unison. It all worked out well. I was very impressed in watching the work. Yuri and his partners were very careful on installing the windows, ensuring they were double sealed to prevent rain and other bugs and elements from affecting them. They were sizable, wide-framed and UV/sun protected to knock down the sun effect to 7% - and I really feel the difference! I will say that even with discounts, the good quality comes at a pricey level. I may get one or two more in the days ahead, but that won't be for a while. The good news is that the windows come with a lifetime warranty and they are as hurricane proof as you can get with claims of over 200 mph wind speed protection. I can wait many many years to see or test that! It was a relief to finally get the work on the house completed. Not sure why here, but Google has Reunity over 600 reviews at 4.8 stars. I seriously wonder about some of the reviews on Runity here on Yelp. Don't be afraid to look into them and get an estimate if you feel inclined to do so. I'm glad I did. Recommend: HIGH read more

I called FHIA to have hurricane windows just looked at .... They had an appointment the next day a Sunday! So Mrs Gabby came out brought a window! That was heavier than she was. She explained everything answered questions and had a small slide show. I only wanted to start with the slider glass windows in living room and my 2 bedroom windows since both face an open field that backs up to the highway! My sleep app is always in the red for noise at night.... They have affordable plans same as cash to pay over 12 months. The absolute worst! I had FHIA/Renuity install a hurricane slider in 2024, and nothing but problems since. The slider doesn't close correctly along with the screen. 4 Times they come out and leave without fixing, waiting for the next guy! Buyer beware, if you don't speak Spanish, you're in trouble. All 4 times I tell the head office that they need someone who speaks English and today, they show up again, and no one on the truck speaks English!!! I didn't pay $9,000 for a crappy installation or people who can't explain anything to me because I don't speak Spanish!! I'm not a racist, but I need to converse with the worker!! They changed their name to renuity Home Improvement. This is FHIA All the bad reviews by a lot of unhappy people. They ruined our paint job and would not fix under warrantee unless we paid for the labor 600.00 dollars to fix what they did wrong . Never use them again scammers. read more

Buckle up buttercup!! We are actively getting quotes for new windows and had FHIA come out. I was told when I called that the appt would take 60 - 90 minutes. Overall the presentation came across as very high pressure. The guy giving us the quote indicated that windows would be approximately $4200 EACH. My husband and I glanced at each other but decided to see if the quality would be better than others. After 2 hours of sales pitch, I did try to push a little to get to the end. My husband had dental surgery earlier in the day and wasn't feeling 100%. The sales rep finally started to measure and prepare the quote - on a legal pad and using his phone as a calculator. I said that he could prepare the quote and email it as we knew we would not be making an immediate decision. He indicated they do everything face to face and they would not be emailing anything. So an hour later (hour 3 at this point), he still isn't done and it doesn't appear that he will be giving us anything on FHIA formal letterhead. I made a comment that the overall feel of the appt was high pressure and I was surprised that he didn't at least have a laptop or tablet for preparing quotes. He got pretty mad and indicated that he felt like we were pushing him out. So he left. After 3 hours. Without giving us a price from his yellow legal pad. I would not recommend setting yourself up for their sales tactics.​​ read more

If I could leave a 0 rating, I would!! This company SUCKS!!! We had an appointment scheduled on Sunday, 01/24, at 1000 and at 0945 we received a phone call stating that the person was sick. We understand and made another appointment for today at 1000. At 1015 (15 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment), we received a phone call stating that the person was sick! (Where we work, you have to let your co-workers, etc., know a couple of hours in advance that you will not be in - this is just common courtesy!!!) Two strikes and you're OUT!!!! We suggest that you stay far, far away from this company!!!! read more

Initial installation of impact windows was good except they cracked a big picture window. OK, mistakes happen. The installers told me they would get it fixed as soon as possible but would have to have a new window made. That was in May. Two hurricanes later, still not fixed in November. They blew off one appointment completely in Sept and rescheduled for Nov after several phone calls. Last week they sent two guys in a pickup with no scaffolding to fix a second story picture window. Brilliant. They called their boss and left promising he'd email me right away with a new date. Nobody called or emailed me to follow up. They had the window on the truck so I know it's ready to install, but now after I called them to complain, the next appointment I can get is a month later. So at best I will have everything completed 7 months after they started, assuming they actually show up this time with the proper equipment. They are very good at apologizing but very bad at customer service. On the plus side, the installation was good except for the damaged window and the quality of the windows seems very good. read more

I am the Secretary of the Indian Wells Homeowners Association. We are a Deed Restricted Community. We respectfully asked your representatives to leave and were met with hostility and negativity. We asked them if they carried Permits (they did not, which is a requirement in Osceola County). They refused to leave and continued to go door to door after we told them they were not allowed to do so-they actually told us "We can do whatever we want". They were extremely rude. We called the Sheriff for assistance. I've been calling for TWO days to your home Office for assistance to file a complaint, but no one will call me back. I'm disgusted with your service-if this is the way you treat Communities, you should be ashamed of yourselves! read more

We were at BJ's speaking with the salesman for FHIA. We scheduled a quote. Dave from FHIA ( Merritt Island Fl), did a very nice job explaining the construction, the process and the quote. We have decided not to proceed due to the return on investment being greater than 50 yrs. We only have experience on the sales quoting side. I had read all the reviews on poor installation. Hopefully they will rectify these issues. read more
