TERRIBLE CARS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sell lemons. Since the purchase of my car, I've had continuous issues with things. Mechanical especially. Key fob not working right, since day one. Tires were very warm. Brakes were also worn. A week after having the car my car began shaking and the check engine light came on. Found out that a cylinder was misfiring. I have had to take off work multiple times to accommodate bringing my car back in for maintenance, that should have been done before the purchase of the car. Also, one main issue was not having a title for 2 months after purchase. The managers make it seem as if they are fixing the car issues, that again should have been completed before sale of the car. I was told I talk to much when trying to address my loaner car that had NO gas in it (this is the second time I was given a loaner with no gas). Then was given money to put gas in myself! Also, While waiting, I also heard two other women who came in having issues with their vehicles after only 2 days of purchasing the vehicle. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The initial visit was great. The post sale delivery is where they failed miserably. They sold us that the vehicle had the "technology package", which it did not which then indicated we overpaid for the vehicle. We couldn't verify the technology package because the radio security locked. We were told that it would be unlocked before we got the vehicle (which it wasn't). They had to replace the brakes but after delivery, the brake failure light came on our drive home. The shocks were bad and had to be replaced. To their credit, they did take care of the repair issues, but they did not take care of the issue of deceiving us about having the technology package on the vehicle. Without it, I wouldn't have purchased it but now I'm stuck because I trusted them. My advice would be to RUN from this place as it appears they don't do true inspection/repairs on their vehicle and will mislead you. Our salesperson was Dan and he seemed like a nice guy, but the end experience left a very bitter taste in our mouth. Very disappointing. DO NOT COME HERE- THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS. My brother, a recent college graduate, was trying to purchase his first car here and was treated disrespectfully, lied to, and overall had a horrible experience. They never called him back, they sold the car he was set up to buy and didn't tell him until days after, even though he came to the dealership SEVERAL times after the car was sold. They didn't tell him he had to have a cosigner on a loan until after the initial car was sold, even though he had interacted with several representatives and visited the dealership multiple times. They lied and said he needed his cosigner to fly in from DC when electronic cosigning was ALWAYS an option. They mislead my brother, who is a first time buyer, about the process of buying a car, such as lying about whether warrantee was included in the price. The treatment he received as a YOUNG BLACK MAN was discouraging and disgusting. Young Black people, recent college graduates, and young professionals- THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. We bought a Toyota Sequoia and noticed a couple of things that were a little off like the mirror the motor was out. They also did an inspection and found the back window did not go down so they ordered all the parts right away. Customer service is excellent! Run from this place! the initial visit was fine, the guys who talked with me regarding the vehicle I wanted were helpful and understanding. That is where the good business practices ended!!! Every time I called to check on my vehicle that needed fixing before it was to be taken and driven off the lot home, the staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them. I have never been treated so poorly by basic employees up to management level employees. The all act like they are disappointed they have to do work and help the customer. I was there to purchase a car that I needed sooner rather than later with money in hand. business practices are poor, competency is none, they are not reputable. This place is terrible!! We went in a few times looking for a used vehicle. The first time we test drove an SUV and heard some noises and vibrations that we asked to have looked at. After saying it was fixed, we went back to test drive it again and it still made the same noises. The third time we weren't interested in this vehicle anymore and were looking at another SUV of the same make and model that was "just brought in" and hadn't been put on the lot yet. When we were promised we would be the first to look at it, we went in only to find out it was just sold! We took our business elsewhere. I had extensive conversations with both Juan and Alex over the phone about a Honda Odyssey they were selling. I asked repeatedly about the working condition of everything on the vehicle, and they continually assured me that "everything works great!" We agreed on a price, and I told them I was planning to come up to Milwaukee from Chicago with my wife and two small children. When we arrived, we took the van to an honest mechanic who told us what Alex and Juan already knew, that among many other issues the van had, neither of the sliding doors worked and would require $700 in repairs to fix. Without functional sliding doors, a family minivan is not functional as a family minivan! When I pointed it out to Alex and asked whether they could fix it or lower the price, he responded no to both, explaining that they had already chosen not to fix it and that it was built into the price. I then suggested that a material defect like that would be important to include in the online description or to mention on the phone when asked pointedly about any defects. His unapologetic response was, "We didn't know about it." First of all, how could they not notice sliding doors that don't work (it's not like they're buried deep in the engine), and second, if they didn't know about it, how could they build it into the price? These guys intentionally misled me and let my family of four drive all that way in hopes that we would cave and buy the van anyway since we had traveled so far. We walked away. This place is terrible, they just want your money. They don't care about customer service. Bought my car there about 3 weeks after I got the car service/engine light when on, all they had to say was it only needed an oil change. Light when off after they did the "oil change", soon after that was told I needed to change the catalytic converted, took the car back in and they did some work to the engine not even what they were supposed to do & charge me almost 2,000. Car run fine for almost 8-9 months and issues came back. I'm been told that I need a new engine for my car that all these people did was a quick fix. Avoid at all costs. This dealership buys cars from accidents, fixes them up (not properly mind you) and re-sells them. Transmission blew after 3 weeks, and many other problems stemming from paint job, hood replaced and electrical errors that started soon after. I went to sell the vehicle and one dealership simply said, "We will not buy vehicles that were owned by REO Motors.
