I initially came in to install an axle-back exhaust. Turns out I bought a muffler that wasn't specifically made for my car, and Frank advised me it would turn out shitty if he tried to jury rig it. In fact, he didn't wanna do it at all because it just wouldn't turn out right. This is the difference between a shop that will simply take your money and a shop that will educate you on how to do something correctly. We talked for a bit and I ended up going with a fully custom exhaust that Frank made for my vehicle. The car sounds as good as a naturally-aspirated, inline 4-banger is gonna get. Top-notch welds (all the way around), and he checked the system for exhaust leaks afterwards. This guy takes pride in his work, and it shows. Fair price and 5 outta 5, as far as workmanship goes. It also turned out their factory color codes were identical to what they scanned off my part! The color was a hard to duplicate MG Iris Blue. The DIY paint job came out beautifully! Yes, it needed some work, as I can see all you did was fix the front brake and replaced the battery, it did not need an oil change. When I brought the bike home the nuts for the tail light were missing the rear brake that worked fine the line going to it was loose, there was an oil leak coming from the cam cover as you opened it up never replacing the gasket, the right rear directional lamp was not working the wire was clipped when you put the battery in it. There was no oil pump gasket leaking as there is an O ring to seal it the bike started right up when I brought it to you. You have done nothing but insult me and the bike. You think your hot shit as you have a drag bike, but in real you are a piece of shit nothing but bad business. Rule one the customer is right I knew what I wanted done. Oh I had the bike running in two weeks you had it 10 months.. worst shop I ever went to,,, for $500 to replace a battery and fix the front brake.. What a rip off.. I know you think your a know it all but proved to me you're unknowledgeable.
