Horrible customer service, I had called in advance if I can get my phone screen fixed and once I arrived he started helping me out and as soon as someone else walks in he stops helping me and he helps the other person, I let is slide. After he told me my phone was going to be ready the following day after a certain time, I show up and he said he "my bad" for not contacting me. I understand if he got delayed he could've contacted me. Granted I had changed my work schedule to pick up my phone at the time and he didn't take accountability for not contacting and blaming me for not calling or texted him when I had communicated that I had no other form of contact except when I have wifi. I had to call off work and I lost a whole day of work. Lastly he messed up on my screen and wanted me to pay to get my phone fixed even though it was his mistake. read more

Was shopping around for the cheapest deal to fix my daughter's laptop screen that was ranging elsewhere for 475 and up! When looking for a place I was looking for someone who can replace the screen no longer than 2 days MAX! When I found this place I was told no more then 2 days, I dropped off on a Friday afternoon assumed no later then Monday I should've had the laptop back and ready for use NOPE literally I was calling back to back didn't get it back till Saturday morning!!! Was ready for pick up on Friday still took him a week said because the new screen was being shipped which made no sense if warehouse was in Walnut! Price was not the same over the phone and Zelle had to be sent prior to sale rendered! The work was good but the timing sucked! I have a galaxy s7 gold that needed to be fixed & fast. I called around and everyone was quoting me $20 higher than this location AND that they would need to order my part (BACK glass cover) which would range from 3 days to a week to get plus the time to actually fix the phone. This little spot had it in stock (luckily) and for an extremely reasonably price. He fixed it in about 30 mins and then let it set for another 20. Highly recommend this place. Cons: - Lower quality for aftermarket screens than their competitors - Service turnaround time I was told my phone would be ready in 1-1 1/2 hrs. I showed up after an hour and 45 mins and my phone had not been touched. I still had to wait another 20 mins when I showed up to pick up. I do have to add that I was recommended the refurbished screen instead of the after market. I've had good experiences with aftermarket screens from other shops so I declined. The employee told me the aftermarket screen may be less sensitive and he was correct. The screens they stock are uncalibrated and annoying. I have constant typos and I absolutely hate this screen. But, I was given the information so that's on me. read more

They told me it would be ready by the following day not only was it not ready but they didn't even call to let me know it wasn't going to be ready long story short they were avoiding my calls finally We got tired of waiting and my husband went to the store they pretended like they couldn't find it. They eventually found it and "fixed" it they screen doesn't respond to the touch while horizontal I can't even shut it down. Don't waste your time or money.
