I called RCPW to make sure I was ordering the right part. I wanted to make sure the braket, bearing and bolts were all included in the part. He told me they were and then he gave me the part number. I then asked if I should order the part through him or online. He told me to order it online because I would know the exact price with shipping. I ordered it with the part number he gave me. Took a long time to get it, 15 days, and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. They would not help me in any way. By the time I pay to return the item and pay shipping and pay a 15% restocking fee, I will only get back around $6.00 when I spent $ 36.75. So I lost around $ 30.00 read more

I had ordered parts through a parts look up service advisor and was told that the parts I was ordering would fit my commercial lawnmower so I paid over 100.00 for all the parts. Shipping took a week to get to me and when I opened the box to put my blades on my lawnmower they were 3 sizes too big. Asked the company to correct the mistake and they have refused to send me a Shipping label to send back and get the blades I need......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. or you will be disappointed. read more

Ordered leaf blower from RCPW and upon receiving it I placed the proper fuel requirements in which is 50/1 and the blower would not run or idle properly. Called RCPW and explained to them that the blower would not run correctly. The company sent me a return shipping label and I sent it back. Received a call from RCPW and was told they were sending the blower back to me because I operated the blower on straight gas and not the required oil and gas mixture. Having operated equipment for over 48 years I have a vast knowledge of fuel requirements. Tried to reason with them but they more or less called me a liar. I originally ordered my needed parts from Jack's Small Engines, but it turned out to be a total nightmare. They did not have the needed parts in stock as they originally said, (just to get me to place my order), but they charged my credit card anyway. A month later, I asked them to cancel the order and send me a refund, but they decided to ignore me. So, I ended up having to go through the BBB to get my money back from them. Then I found RCPW, who had the needed parts in stock, and at a better price than Jack's Small Engines. After reading all of the reviews for RCPW online, I was a bit nervous to place my order, but I decided to take a chance, since I needed the parts desperately. Four days after placing my order, the parts arrived on my doorstep, and they were the exact parts I needed. Their customer service was excellent, their prices were the lowest I found, and I could not be happier with my experience. It looks to me like many of the reviews for this company may not be very accurate. I would give them 10 stars if I could. For all of those customers that were not happy with RCPW, I suggest that you try Jack's Small Engines. They have a 1* rating, and I guarantee you will be singing a different tune once you experience what a really bad company is like. We definitely will be using RCPW for our future part needs. I ordered a Briggs engine part. Unfortunately Briggs just wasn't shipping this to RCWP fast enough. I needed the part sooner. I called to check the status and ended up cancelling the order. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and they cancelled my order as soon as I hung up. Would definitely do business with them again. It was just unfortunate that they didn't have this particular part in stock and the manufacturer was taking too long. read more

I sent in 8 chainsaw chains to be sharpened. RCPW advertised that they have the latest sharpening equipment and that the chains would come back "Samurai Sword Sharp." In reality, they came back "butter knife sharp" instead. They are more dull now than when I sent them in. I tried a few and they were all bad. So not only am I out the time and money, I had to buy $200 worth of new chains to use while I wait to get the chains RCPW sharpened re-sharpened elsewhere. read more

Called to confirm parts availability by providing the two part numbers and lady I spoke to said they were in stock and would ship next day. I inquired if that would be the case if I placed the order via the website and she confirmed. I proceeded to place the order for the two truck bed tie down components via the website at 1:03 pm on Tuesday 2/5/19. On Monday, 2/11/19 at 3:54 I receive an e-mail stating the order had shipped along with a UPS tracking number. Thinking this recent message was delayed I immediately tracked the shipment. When I was redirected to the UPS site the UPS tracking said a label for the shipment had been created. So I was told the items would ship next day and in actuality they had not shipped nearly 6-1/2 days later! The reason I called first was to confirm stock and ability to ship and was because I needed the parts. So I came in the this morning Tuesday 2/12/2019 and tracked the parts again hoping they did ship overnight and/or shipped prior. No update, UPS still says a label has been created, parts still have not really shipped. Very disappointing to say least. If I had known it would take this long I would have made a purchase somewhere else. I really needed to get a truck on road and RCPW pretty much fed me a load of cr8p. Too bad for them and me. Hope you do not make the same mistake. If you can wait extra time for your parts and are in no hurry with no commitments I guess this would be ok, and, if you are ok with being fed inaccurate lead times. read more

I ordered lawn mower belts and blades from Sohar's / RCPW - they messed up both and sent me the wrong belts and three different blades. When I asked them to send me correct ones it took them more than a week to get back to me and asked me to send pictures and that I had to send the wrong belts back BEFORE they would send me the correct belt. Horrible customer service. Do NOT use this outfit. read more
