0 star review!! Monday I purchased a vintage Star Wars figure from Replay Toys LLC online (Uncle Grundy from the Droids line, if you were wondering...) Complete figure with the weapon and coin, MOC. NICE!! Stoked to get such a rare and hard to find pice for a GREAT PRICE!!! Wednesday I was refunded my money, the order was cancelled for no reason with no explanation. I called the number listed on their website SPECIFALLY for "online sales" for 2 days straight and the line just rang and rang and rang. Finally, today I contacted the number listed with one of the stores in Murfreesboro, TN the guy was nice enough, but no help. So I called another store, who said to call the Huntsville, AL store. The employee there said that there was chatter in the company Discord about this purchase and that the owner Jenny Hoagland was being dodgy, they weren't really sure why she wouldn't answer the question....but basically the figure was sold some time ago, it was never updated in their inventory system, so they sold me a toy they already sold to someone else, who KNOWS how long ago....and I get screwed over. This location posted on their Facebook they had some Funko pops that had just been traded in. I messaged them on Facebook and they agreed to hold them for me for 24 hours. I drove an hour to come to their Hendersonville location and when I arrived the employee told me they could have just sent the pops to the Murfreesboro location which was a little frustrating they didn't offer to do that when we were messaging the night before after I told them I was coming from Murfreesboro. I took a lot of Funko pops I no longer wanted in to trade in and they were valued at over $450 based on Hobby DB, Funko Price Guide, and average Ebay sales. I was offered $85 store credit for them. Needless to say I did not accept that value and took them to McKays where I received a far better trade in value for them. I opted instead to just buy a few of the pops they had and left. A couple days later I decided to just go ahead and get the remaining three pops I didn't get before. I again messaged the store on Facebook to see if they were still available and if they could send them down to the Murfreesboro location. They said they could do that. I asked them when I could expect the pops to arrive at the Murfreesboro location and the store has just left me on read for 3 days now. I tried calling the store twice and no one answers the phone either. So I would rate the customer service at this location as severely lacking and they have no clue how to accurately price their pops or trade in values. I can't speak to how they value their other items in the store. For example, I found an original run Captain America Funko pop from the first Avengers movie that is valued at over $250 and they had it for sale at $30. I happily snatched that up. All of the pops I bought they were priced way under the actual value of them. So not only are they essentially robbing folks that trade in pops at their store, they're severely messing up the pricing on their own pops and losing money. In any case I WOULD NOT recommend you trade in Funko pops at this location. You're much better off posting them in one of the Funko collector groups on Facebook, selling on Ebay or Hobby DB, or just taking them to McKays for trade credit/cash. I will say that the customer service at the Murfreesboro location is FAR better than the Hendersonville location. read more

New location! The new space for Replay Toys is smaller, but still packed with the same kinds of fun toys and collectibles as the previous space! They offer items for a wide range of interests from Disney to anime, video game themed, Barbie, etc. Something for everyone, kids or adults! Be aware that horror genre items are in the back right corner of the store in case you're there with littles who may find those things scary. Friendly staff! Some parking is available in front of the store, with additional parking behind the buildings. read more

The new location is way smaller and less welcoming..the girls at the old location were so cool. This place seems corporatey and it's sad.

Such a fun store. The murals out front are fun for selfies and pictures for the kids. Inside is just a treasure trove of all the new toys and fantastic collectibles. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Even if you're not a toy collector go in here and wander around you'll be glad you did read more

I've been in this store multiple times since they moved locations the staff that are here always gave an attitude and refuse to greet you when you come in and one of the last times I went in this store myself my brother and girlfriend we assaulted by a older heaviest woman that works there with an aerosol spray and after several months later I'm contacted by the owner telling me that I should of taken care of my hygiene before going in to public that is very unprofessional I pride myself one being clean and smelling good so do my girlfriend and brother so what I'm trying to say is that the owner condones assault and will do absolutely nothing but insult someone for try to bring a concern a customer has to their attention real nice customer service my guy well done read more

If you are a collector of vintage or retro toys this is THE place to be. Board games, action figures, dolls, t-shirts, Halloween items and more cover EVERY inch of this adorable shop. The owners are very friendly and very knowledgeable about collectors items. If you are looking for something and don't see it, just ask them, apparently they have a considerable store of additional items in the back that they just don't have room to put out on the floor. The items are priced for the market, but it's well worth it to get a quality item in mint condition. They also take trade-ins, so drag out some of the stuff you have collecting dust in the closet and bring it in!
