My son and I want a bed for a 2021 Centurion 245i. they said the boat was at a dealership 160 miles away. I asked if I could go see the boat before I transferred the money. They told me I was not allowed to see the boat that I had to transfer the money and then they would deliver the boat to me for free. Why would anybody wire transfer $85,000 or not give me a contact number where I could call the dealership where it was, supposed to be to verify this is a real deal. I asked several times why I could not see the boat before we transferred the money. I asked if this was a scam. She said no. I've then asked if you're not a scam. Why can I not go see the boat or speak to someone at the dealership who has the boat? She said? I have told you three times that you cannot see the boat they were a online auction and that is how they do it. THAT IS A SURE SIGN THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM! How is it that the address of this business shows a U-Haul company, and yet some of the reviews indicate they've visited the facility. Are these reviews not legitimate reviews? Update: I entertained their process, won a bid, and they requested that I wire funds to them. I asked questions to confirm the legitimacy of the auction and they would not respond. I was able to identify the exact locations of the boats, based on the background pics. I contacted the company where boats were supposed to be and they indicated that this was a scam and that it's happened before. Also the foreign lady needs to be fired, and learn to speak full sentences not broken English maybe higher on shore. As for the listing no everything is not provided. *** So we bid on a boat, won it, called the number, a foreign person answered who stated she was not playing with me when I was asking info about the boat and she would not give it to me. I asked for a supervisor, she stated she was the supervisor, I asked about someone above her paygrade and her response was: "how do you know I am not the owner" to which I responded, "because you just told me you were a supervisor so I want someone above your paygrade who will do a legitimate business transaction. She again told me she was not playing with me, said she was cancelling my order, I asked her how she was going to do that when she didn't have my info or even my name, her response was "I will find out". I hung up, looked at the address on google maps which is a Uhaul place. This place is a joke. I have been dealing with them for years and buying stuff. They have changed policies on a few things which is fine but when they change polices on things like credit cards it is bad business to not tell you. For example if I place a bid and go to get my items and don't use the credit card on file I can't use a credit card. Cash only. My husband drove 1 1/2 hours to get a few items we had won bids in (everything was around $75 bucks) and they refused to let him buy them. The card had the same numbers and we have the same address and last name. They refused because his name wasn't the same name as on the credit card that was on their file. They then asked us to go online and switch the payment to another credit card that had just his name on it. Ok. While he was on the phone with me and still there I quickly entered it in the new card. We are lucky enough to have another one. Then after waiting a 1/2 hour with it still not working they said "Well we don't know how long this will take. It could take a day or so or 5 minutes no one really know". What? You asked us to do this so we can PAY you and now you don't know when it will be active??? Now I can't even go get the stuff because no one has any idea when it will be active and when it is it will now be under my husbands name! They only allow you to add one card on your account and it can be done online only. The employee there was nice but couldn't do anything and didn't know enough about the system to help. The manager he called clearly didn't care. His response was a helpful "I don't know but they have to get everything in a few days or get the late charges. Can't they get cash or something?" Never again. I have Refered a lot of people here for estate sales as well as buyers. I will make sure everyone is aware of how customers should just "use cash". Stay far away from this place. They can't seem to notify customers of policies (no place was/is this ever mentioned or written) and they didn't care. read more

First time doing business with this business. They sold items I brought to them for auction, then sent me a settlement check. Only problem is the Check BOUNCED. The person I spoke with said he was the manager of accounting and apologized and said replacement check would be in the mail and I should have it in 2 days. 4days have passed, called again and spoke with another man who said he was in charge of accounting and doesn't know why the other guy said he was in charge. Then he tells me he just got the check in the mail yesterday so by the time I get the check (if there really is one) another week will have gone by. THIS HAS SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT.
