OH MY GAWD. This place is INCREDIBLE. We drove all the way from Irvine JUST to grab some coffee and see some snakes. Literally 15 seconds after entering we met the nicest staff member who showed us a female MBK. The snake I've always wanted, but never pulled the trigger for. Ugh my heart. 2 hours later, one friendly couple, 100 insightful tips and tricks from Ed the owner, one enclosure and a beautiful baby snake (plus our coffee from next door), we left so thrilled and happy with our experience. The NICEST people we have ever met. We've never owned a snake before and they were so kind and patient with all of our questions and concerns. Love their honesty as well, nothing was forced or pushed on us - in fact, the opposite. You can just feel their passion and love. We made the decision knowing we have their full support for any questions or concerns that may come up in the future. This place has so many awesome reptiles it's worth a stop. All their reptiles are kept in humane conditions and account for their individual needs which is something you rarely see nowadays. They have a few dedicated rooms, one which houses some of the biggest geckos I've ever seen. Tons of tanks and equipment, frozen feeders and live feeder bugs. Isopods and springtails and everything else you'd need to start any bioactive setup. Tons of little chachkies, stickers, and toys for the kids and enthusiasts. Snakes at the front counter when you checkout, and some other isopods. They are happy to show you what they have and do not rush you at all. Super nice staff and owner. Loved coming here. read more

traveled 26 miles to check this place out. Parking is small however the business inside was really clean and looks like they're doing some upgrades. The setup was really cool and they had a frog room with other animals in there also. Employees were friendly and helpful met the owner and he was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about all my reptiles. read more

Went in to look at what tarantulas they had. All ages, which you don't see at typical pet stores! Everyone was so kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Fell in love with one of their baby Australian Blue Tongue Skinks (had one years ago and was one of our best pets!), was extremely docile. They even have jumping spiders! They carry many supplies, all type and size of enclosures. Will definitely be back to get a young, beginner tarantula (1-1 1/2 inches) for our son. read more

Went in on a whim and walked out with an Emperor Scorpion! Super helpful!!! This is my first scorpion so they taught me how to pick up and handle it with no problems! Service here was great. I went to get some crickets and mealworms for my chickens and the electrician was there. They didn't have a cash register open so they just gave them to me.
