I am so upset by a conversation I had with this woman, Dana, at cartridge world. We received the…read morewrong cartridge when we ordered last time - every time I have ever spoken to them, it's been with a gentleman who was very nice. Mistakes happen, the order was from last year and so obviously I understand if they cannot exchange it or whatever the case may be. I sent photos of the box and the ink they sent me, she's screaming at me telling me there's no email there's no way we ordered from them. Ma'am, the box says Cartridge world on it. We didn't order it from anywhere else. I had the gentleman call me when they were porting over a system saying I would have to order via phone call or text and I did exactly that at the time. I have an email that says the same thing - and I forwarded that email while she was yelling at me the entire time telling me the email doesn't exist. Wtf. What's wrong with you? It's ok, it's an ok cartridge, there was an error or too much time passed - fine. But there is ZERO reason to scream at someone - such incredibly poor customer service. I am shocked actually. I don't ever advocate for using Amazon over local businesses but in this case I would 100% do so. Not worth the hassle or the attitude. A simple "I'm sorry we can't figure out what happened here" would have been beyond sufficient. Not ok.
