VISITORS & RESIDNETS BEWARE!!! There is a deranged old man in a pikachu hat that has harassed me, my brother, my mother & residents on multiple occasions. I get the impression he suffers from some form of mental illness. He seemingly acts as if he is the police chief of the city. If you are parked in the wrong spot he'll let you know. Parked in the wrong direction, he'll let you know, parked too close or far from someone, hell, even breathe the wrong way he'll let you know. While visiting my cousin, he got in my face before even exiting the vehicle for not being parked in the middle, even though there wasn't a vehicle within seven spaces of me. When I agreed to move he stormed off, opened my cousin's apartment door, cursed him out, and even shoved him, invoking a physical altercation. Staff & management has yet to do anything to amend this situation as I highly doubt they will. Steer clear of this man as I'm not sure what he is capable of or how mentally (un)/stable he may be. read more

Republic Palms is a great place to live in the Republic area. I have lived at these apartments for two years now. These apartments are so quiet you sometimes forget that you are living in an apartment complex instead of a house. They allow you to have up two dogs/cats at the apartment which is a major plus for this dog lover. The new manager Jeff has been great about being on top of things that needs fixed. The Republic Palms offer so many free amenitities. Every apartment on the property has the same spacious layout. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is one of the biggest closets I have seen in an apartment in this area. All the apartments also have two full bathrooms which is great because I never have to share a bathroom with my boyfriend. I have lived in a lot of apartments in my lifetime and Republic Palms by far beats out all the other apartments I have lived in. read more

I have only lived at Republic Palms for almost a year, but their speed in which they were able to get me into an apartment, that was not only exactly what I looking for in size, but also incredibly priced was next to none. The community is great, it's pet friendly and they take every precaution to make sure your pet is safe if they have to enter into your apartment for maintenance. We have loved living at Republic Palms. We moved in about a year ago have have been incredibly pleased with how friendly and prompt the staff and maintenance have been. They aren't a super sized staff by any means, but they know who you are and work hard to make sure your needs are met. This has been a great place for us to live while working through school and we love the community initiatives (i.e, holiday decorating contests & pool parties). I've lived at Republic Palms for over 10 years and have really enjoyed calling it home. The 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath apartment has a great layout with plenty of space for good-sized furniture, and it still feels open and comfortable. The price is fair compared to other apartments with a similar layout, and the maintenance staff is quick to take care of issues when they come up. I moved to Republic Palms back in September, as I moved in with my family, and honestly I thought it was such an easy process. The office staff was great and is still great. Maintenence in an apartment is done in a timely manner and maintenance around the property fairly quickly. With all that is included in the rent I would say that it is a great value for the rent. And I love that they are pet friendly and will work with someone who has a disabilty. I would recommend the Palms to all who are looking. read more

It's a decent friendly complex and nothing too crazy happens. When I compared it to other potential apartments in Republic it's within a similar price range. I'm happy with the 2-bedroom,2 bath and they have upgraded features as well. They do plow the parking lot when it snows and salt the sidewalk. Hopefully they can add salting to the parking lot so we walk without falling when trying to enter our vehicles', especially if you must walk across the plowed parking lot that's turned to ice. read more

I've almost lived here for a year with my fiancée, young son and our dogs and we have no complaints. We enjoy using the pool, basketball court and letting the dogs run at the dog park. Our neighbors are friendly, respectful and the community is pretty quiet which is a nice surprise for how large the complex is. Any time we've had a maintenance issue, which has been seldom, they've resolved the problem promptly. They have definitely exceeded the expectations we had when we moved in. read more

I've just renewed my lease for another year which will make it my 4th year now at these wonderful apartments. The Management staff is always friendly and helpful. Over the years the peaceful environment still exists, with such a good deal who would want to leave. I have lived here for almost 5 years, off and on. The best thing about living here has to be management. Every time I would have an issue, it's always resolved in a timely and kindly manner. The apartments themselves are average units, they do upkeep them and the old units have been renovated. They are cozy and it's mostly families that live here because they offer 3 bedrooms as well. Couldn't have asked for a better first "big girl" apartment. Even two hours away from my family I feel like I have people around me to help in times of need at Republic Palms. Very enjoyable place live. Management is busy but always helpful if you keep up with them. The maintenance crew is very attentive and are always doing their best to pick up after neglectful tenants. A few other benefits are the internet speed, friendly neighborhood, competitive pricing, and the electricity is not overly high during the hot and cold seasons. Been with republic palms for 3 years and enjoy the location. Its been good for my kids with the playground on site. Back to edit and add that the property manager doesnt communicate as effectively as they should. I did reviews as an incentive and was told an amount would be taken off my rent then a new property manager took over and here we are 2 months later with very little communication and no rent incentive that was discussed. read more

I have lived here for 3 years. They are quick to respond on anything maintenance! The maintenance guy Eli is really amazing and quick and knows what he is doing on anything! He usually has the parts he needs on everything. The manager Jeff is really friendly and amazing as well. The swimming pool stayed clean the whole summer this year.
