I am a student and the WiFi that is included is nice it runs smoothly. The management and maintenance people are very kind and try to fix things as soon as possible. That being said, the parking lot is a little small, but that's my only issue with the apartment. The other tenants are also kind and fairly quiet. I've never had noise issues with my neighbors.

There is no loud music at 3 a.m., no all night and into the morning parties going on, it is quite and peaceful place. Whenever we received new residence in the unit beside us, we were afraid that the couples, adorable baby girl might keep us up at night, being as we have to work bright and early, but the walls are surprisingly thick and we were not Disturbed , not one night. The units are very spacious, we have a large walk-in closet, an open kitchen floor plan and a lot of cabinet space. Management is very attentive, welcoming and are very open to working with you and trying to accommodate any wants or special needs that their residences may have. The maintenance staff is very quick in assessing any issues with the units that may come up. All around this townhome apartment complex is one of my top favorites that I've ever lived in. On top of everything you just can't beat the pricing!

Though these are older apartments, early 70's I think, it is recently renovated making it feel all the more cozy and modern. Even if things should break, my landlord is quick to respond and resolve the issue in a matter of days, and to follow up on the situation to make sure no more problems have occurred. Although communication to tenants could be improved, overall Wooten Co. has stepped in and done a good job at the Scenic Ridge apartments.
