We've lived here for two years and just recently renewed our lease for another year. The apartments were recently updated within the last few years, so they have nice carpeting and cabinetry. The building also has interior hallways, which is a plus. Maintenance is responsive and usually gets to any request within the day, and if not they get it done first thing the next day (assuming it's not an emergency request, which we've never had happen). Any time management needed to be in our apartment (filter changes, Internet upgrade at one point, etc.) they always provided us with a notice a few days in advance and were sure to let us know whether or not we needed to be present (usually not). If we've ever had a question or concern, management has always been available to address it and if not they usually called us back within a day or two. The security company they use is fairly responsive and the one time (in two years) we had a noise complaint the security officer was sure to come by after addressing the issue with the other tenants in order to follow up and let us know it was taken care of. The location is itself is good--the neighborhood is quiet despite being right next to Highway 65 and there's plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and even the updated Springfield 11 movie theater nearby. The only real complaint is the noise factor in the apartment building itself. The buildings are older so the floors creak, allowing you to hear any time the tenants above are walking around. This can be a real pain if someone is walking around a ton (vacuuming, etc.). Also, if you're not watching TV or listening to music you can usually hear other tenants talking, which can be irritating if you're trying to sleep. QRE is a great place to live for one-bedrooms. Rent is affordable, at $545 it's hard to beat. The office staff (yes, usually 3 people in office at all times) are prompt and help you right away with any issues you bring to their attention. You will never have to wait on landlords being in the office, which can be an issue at some properties. The amenities are great, such as the pools, laundry facility (which now lets you use your phone to pay), and workout room. Not to mention the FREE INTERNET. As someone who games a lot, I can attest that this internet is incredible and won't give you many troubles. I typically get around 20-30 mb/s download speed and streaming on multiple devices has never been an issue for me. They are also pet friendly which is nice. The people that live here are all very nice as well! It's hard to think of any downsides to living here. The only issue I've encountered is occasionally overhearing my neighbors, even when they aren't yelling or raising their voice. The walls could be considered thin, at least in my apartment. I can only really hear my neighbors when no sound is being emitted in my apartment. But honestly, hearing your neighbors sometimes is to be expected in an apartment. You will also experience heavy amounts of noise from traffic if your APT is placed by Ingram Mill, as Glendale is close by. Again, this is something that can't really be helped as it's just a side effect of the location. But anyone applying here should be forewarned about this. read more

I just renewed my lease to live at Quail Ridge East for another year. This is the first apartment complex I have lived at, and it's been a wonderful experience. The management team, especially Nancy, have always been wonderful and helpful with my questions, and I never feel rushed or like they don't care. Though rare, the two times I have had a maintenance issue with the apartment, they've had someone there to fix it within one day's time. The rent is great, the on site laundry is wonderful, and the free internet really saves us money. My only complaint would probably be the flooring. The carpet and linoleum has been redone and I have no problem with those. But the floorboards underneath are definitely squeaky....to say the least. I have gotten used to it (not the end of the world), but if you happen to get some inconsiderate neighbors above you, be prepared to hear loud squeaky steps until they sit down. Even with that one complaint, I would highly recommend Quail Ridge as a place to live. There are drawbacks with every apartment complex, but I would take squeaky floors any day over another issue or multiple issues elsewhere. read more

This will be my 4TH year living at Quail Ridge East Apartments. These apartments have everything I need. They are clean, spacious, and affordable. Other than the rent, water is included, and I only pay an electric bill that is only 50-80 bucks a month and they even just recently added free internet. The office staff Larry and Nancy at Quail Ridge are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have always been there to help me with anything I have asked. The maintenance crew does a fine job fixing any problems I have. The properties and land are well maintained. There are affordable laundry facilities on site and a nice fitness room with more equipment than I know what to do with. My kids and I will be spending most of the summer at one of the 3 pools that The Wooten Company has to offer. I have a small pool that is basically outside my front door and perfect for my kids and I. Occasionally though we will go to the huge "Mickey Mouse" shaped pool in the center of all the properties. I don't see us moving from here any time soon. If anything we will just upgrade to a 3 bedroom townhome also offered by Quail Ridge. read more

I have lived at Quail Ridge East for about a year. So far, I have enjoyed it immensely. For me, the greatest positives are 1) the management and 2) the location. The management is very professional and responsive to any calls and concerns in the apartment. The location is stellar; I moved here from out of state, and thus, did not know Springfield very well. But there is a amazing grocery store, a nice movie theater, and countless amazing restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. The only negatives I would say are that the exteriors of the Quail Ridge East apartments are a bit outdated looking, and if you are under a floor above you, the floorboards are extremely squeaky and low when people walk around (at least, in my unit). However, these things are kind of standard, and the affordability makes up for the exterior. read more

I absolutely LOVE The Wooten Company!! I live in Quail Ridge East & just renewed my lease for another year. It's the perfect location right off of 65, able to get anywhere in town quickly. The management is friendly, accommodating & professional. Larry, Nancy & the rest of the staff are AMAZING!! They've always responded to maintenance requests the day of & the grounds are always well kept. They recently upgraded to new washers & dryers in the laundry mat & the gym has everything you'd need for basic everyday work outs. The internet included is fast enough for streaming Netflix, Hulu or for playing video games. Utilities are CHEAP compared to other apartments I've seen ... like half the price cheap which I attribute to being well made/insulated. I have live at the Quail ridge apartments now going on 3 years, and still really enjoy living there. They always seem to be improving the living experience each year with out the cost of rent going up by a lot. Last year we got internet and had a few problems with the company they used. So, the The WootenCo, and Quail Ridge decided that since the ISP wasn't providing the right type of stability they would change. Since they have changed we have had a way better Internet experience. The Quail Ridge management is always nice and will to follow up on any complaints in a timely. My neighbors keep to themselves and are good people as well. Overall its been a good experience. I do plan on moving soon, only to a bigger apartment, here at the Quail Ridge, here's to hoping one becomes available!!! read more

A great apartment complex. We just signed a lease for our 2nd year and are happy living here. The premises (including the 3 pools they have to offer) are kept clean, maintenance is quick and responsive, the price is affordable, and the management is friendly, always willing to help, and knowledgeable. When there is an issue, they fix it quickly. There is also communication... the tenants are not left in the dark. We are told when there will be something done in our apartment (like when they clean the filters). Additionally, they do little things that make us feel welcome, like throwing pool parties and holding friendly balcony-decorating competitions. I highly recommend these apartments. read more

I'm going on my second year renting with The Wooten Company at Quail Ridge East and I haven't had one complaint yet! It's a quiet complex and very affordable for a single person. The included internet is huge for me! Also, the staff is friendly and super helpful! I've only had to call maintenance once and they were here within hours. The carpet needed a small repair and the appointment was scheduled immediately! I appreciate how well everything is kept from the regular lawn maintenance and vacuumed hallways, to the clean laundry room, pool, and fitness room. I'm looking forward to living here another year and getting my carpets cleaned for free with the renewal of my lease! read more

,This is my first year that I have lived as a Quail Ridge East Apartments I have never had a problem with them the neighbors are always very nice I know living in apartments people move in and out but you know what I meet lots of new friends and if there's a problem with apartment they get with you but they change it was you the same day within a couple days they are here they change the air filters every 3 months which I think is fantastic because I wouldn't know how to do it if my life depended on it I have no problems with living with any of my neighbors it's a nice quiet place and I recommend these apartment to anyone that wants to live in a nice community read more

I just re-signed my lease to start my second year of living at this location. I appreciate having a landlord and company that are proactive! They spray for bugs before it becomes a problem, change filters consistently, currently redoing the parking lots, and communicate often. I appreciate them taking care of any issues or concerns I have ASAP. For the price you will not find a nicer apartment. It is newly renovated and the neighbors are quiet. The location is convenient, as well. You have quick access to Sunshine or Battlefield, as well as the 65 HWY. The only down side I have found, is not having washer/dryer hook ups inside my apartment. read more

The entire staff, in the office and maintenance are courteous, friendly and professional, and I am always greeted by name when I stop by the office, as I often utilize their convenient package service. The complex is clean, attractive and surprisingly quiet, in a well maintained residential neighborhood withe quick and easy access to US 65, E. Sunshine and E. I've lived here for almost 4 years now and ever since I moved in I've seen nothing but crack heads. My neighbor is a meth head who constantly has meth heads in my hallway, knocking at my door asking for my neighbors. I had my car broken into and management did nothing they did not care I've filed multiple complaints about my neighbors smoking in the hallway leaving trash all up and down the hallways. Also be careful maintenance will come in at anytime. One morning I woke up to them In my apartment installing a new water heater. I got absolutely no 24 hour notice! the manager doesn't care about anyone in the Buildings as long as they get your rent. read more

Quail Ridge Townhomes have been a great place to live! We have been here over a year and what really sets the Wooten Company apart is their friendly staff and great service. The management team here is so friendly, organized, and very welcoming. Anytime we stop by the office, the staff knows us and our pets by name. They really care about the people who live here and they make your living experience the best that it can be. The homes are updated, clean, and spacious. My husband and I have been living in the Townhouse for almost two years now and we thoroughly enjoy it. Whenever something breaks they always come quickly to fix it and they regularly change out our filters. The homes are well kept and I hear they're working on making updates with the parking lots and filling in the pot-holes. It's easy to pay rent and they often have holiday deals where if you decorate your patio they'll rate you (first, second, and third) and give you a certain amount off rent depending on how you did. Excellent place to live. I've never had any issues with the property owners or the people who work in the office. Any maintenance requests I've had were resolved promptly. There are several included amenities: fitness center, swimming pool, high speed internet at no additional cost, laundry center. I would say the rent price is probably above average. But it is still within reason and I would gladly pay a little more to ensure a nice quality place to live. I've been here for 5 years. Started in a 1-bed and moved to a 2-bed. Both are great. I don't see myself moving anywhere else until I'm ready to buy a house. read more

My sister and I have been living at Quail Ridge for about a year now and we just sign the papers for our renewal! The staff is always there and ready to help when needed and they made it so easy to move in and get settled, especially since this was our first time renting. The onsite pools, laundry and work out room are all amazing and well kept. And for only having to pay for electric and gas WITH free WiFi the price is AMAZING! We have a two bedroom unit and it has a great sized kitchen and the bedrooms are spacious with more storage room than we honestly know what to do with. read more

My husband & I have lived in the Quail Ridge Townhomes for 2 years, we love them we get a lot of compliments on how nice our place is (they are beautiful). Larry in the office is awesome he's very friendly and quick to resolve any problems or concerns we have. James on the maintenance crew is amazing he's always smiling, always friendly, quick to fix things even with my curious 5 year old "supervising" the whole time which can be a pain but he doesn't seem to mind is always nice and answers his questions.
