Then 2pm came & they were a "no show". I called at 2pm and again at 2:20pm and I was told they tried to reach the person that was supposed to come out but he "'could've lost his phone" & "it must've fell under the seat" & "I guess somethings wrong with his phone" & "oh I don't know where he is"...this person even hung up on me while I asked questions. I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Around 3pm I hadn't heard from them & had to hire another company.

Unfortunately, their authority is limited, as they have to defer all cost issues to a District Manager who isn't at this location. And he doesn't negotiate. No discounts for long-time customers. Period. This location is convenient, but their costs are outrageous. The price goes up on a moment's notice. My 5x10 unit, for long-term records storage, has doubled since we first rented. It's definitely time to relocate. I would encourage prospective tenants to choose a different storage location. The constantly rising costs here are a deal-breaker.
