And don't think that the property manager cares about any of these inconveniences affecting your clients and your money because she doesn't. Terri Is literally the worst property manager I've had. Tenants are supposed to have 24 hour access, there has been four occasions where I've been locked out of the salon suites, after my clients have driven all the Way from another city, to Houston Texas to be serviced. Just for them to have to be turned around because I couldn't get inside of the suites. When I contact Terri about this matter, there are no combinations being made for the money lost. Not only that the AC has been having troubles the past two months. and instead of taking accountability, she blames our LED lights and our clothes as to why we're hot. no common sense would say since we've been here for the past few years and never complained about this that it's obviously something on her part not the stylus who are doing the same exact thing that they've been doing since move-in. When I asked for a solution, she chooses to ignore my messages. At this point I'm ready to move on and take my business elsewhere. I never have a problem with paying for my suite, so I shouldn't have any problems being accommodated when multiple inconveniences a car that affect my money. If you're a stylist or a service provider, and you care about working in a professional environment and also not having your business be affected by a property manager that doesn't even care, I would go far away from this place. I booked on Peerspace (my first time learning about it), and out of my top three choices to film my client's pilot for YouTube, Vybe Studio was the clear choice. I had seen it a few times driving past--it's within a strip mall and business park on 1960 towards Willowbrook. But now I've gotten the opportunity to film there, and it's got all the bells and whistles: commercial ceilings, blackout curtains, a hedge wall, furniture with real plants, as well as photo lighting and monitors. There are a few other amenities as well, and while Vybe Studio isn't soundproof, it's back away from 1960 that the occasional motorbike isn't a huge audio issue. Calvin was very welcoming and accommodating; we moved all the furniture out the way to clear the blackout curtains for my background, and moved them back. At $55/hr, the price was right--generous, even--for everything that's there, so Calvin and Vybe Studio would be my preference when I need a place to film.

Naam Khao. We come here for amazing Thai food, even late night as late as 11.30 they'll cook up a feast for you. And our little baby Donna Dumpling, we found her here, close to Naam Khao. My previous review said: This is a wonderful and far-flung western district of Houston with a lot of great stuff, even though it's very far away from Houston itself, and much closer to the city of Katy. It's a built up skyscrapery area, with plenty of business and some massive buildings, plazas, shops, good food, and some excellent Boba options as well. Our friends own a bar here in the EC so we come out here often, that's NK. We like it, and will be regular visitors.
