However, this comes up for coworking space searches in katy, and that's not going to be the right fit here. We tried to go cowork here today, and the day pass rate is $35 per person - steep for Houston for sure. Before agreeing to pay, we asked to see the coworking space, which turned out to be a singular table with four chairs around it. Definitely large enough for four people to cowork, but that's all. Amenities include free drip coffee and a kitchen, but overall not enough to justify the price tag in my opinion. Office space and dedicated desks look like fabulous offerings and we'll consider that in the future if our needs change, but I wouldn't recommend for coworking.

However, a few things they are lacking are keeping the kitchen up to date with basic things every tenet needs. Water filters wasn't working for the longest time and water fountain is still broken. Parking garage signs are fallen or not up and when someone parks where they are "not suppose to" but don't know it since there weren't any signs they get in trouble without being their fault. Fire alarm goes off sometimes at random as well as lights. There has been some instances where internet is slow as well. Might need to pay a little more attention on certain areas but in overall not a bad place !!

In addition, they don't hold property owners accountable to maintain their lawns etc. They also charge outrageous fees when you sale your property in this poorly run community. The initial investment was great, but sadly they're not maintaining the investment they've made in the amenities. Examples are the poor maintenance of the gym equipment (bikes, A/V equipment in the gym, weights, pools, etc). I'm so glad to have sold the house in cane island. Amazing new master planned community in the heart of Katy,TX…read more We are very happy with the location and the whole vibe of the community (very friendly and beautiful). It will be awesome once completed. We were lucky enough to get in early. I believe the amenity center (which looks amazing) will be done in november. If you access the cane island website through a mobile device, you can see which homes are sold and which are available. There are lots of other cane island homeowners like us who drive through the community whenever we get a chance because it is amazing to see all the progress. We see lots of Katy Police officers driving through as well, which adds some comfort. The living arches at the entrance way light up at night and change colors (so cool). They have also had a taco truck come out and a lobster truck come out recently. The tax rate is high but worth it, in my opinion! Other news: One of the playgrounds is going up, the splashpad and amenity center are going up, the sidewalks around the lakes are finished (mostly), light posts are going up.

I would give these apartments -5 stars if possible!!…read more WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as Fatima. first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent ms fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling. Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children. long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Thankfully we have moved into a house where we no longer have to worry about getting harassed. 0/10 recommend!!!!!!

Walls are super thin (poor insulation). If someone is yelling, crying, knocks the wall, you can hear it. Unfortunately a family lives underneath me (1 bedroom units). I have to listen to their kid jumping around, crying and banging the walls constantly. They also love to blast their music during the day, but nothing is done about it (after multiple complaints). I've even knocked on their door several times but they never answer. I was advised they don't speak English, which I'm not sure about based on the music. Other than that it's a nice community and neighborhood.

This is a brand new University and a brand new shopping centre that will be fully open in a few years, and is currently only partly finished, with office spaces and work spaces and whatnot on the way, as well as classes, teachers, you name it. Kegs? It's definitely a major asset to the area and looks shiny and new, and we're all happy to have it here that's for sure. Katy is developing so very fast and this is an example of that.

Wanted to give Polsgrove Plumbing a HUGE shout out! They came to my house today and did some work…read moreand fixed a problem that another company quoted me for $8300 which it only turned out to be a $500 fix. They were very professional, thorough and polite. I highly recommend them. If it wasn't for my wife I was going to have the other company do the work which I don't want to name. Polsgrove are honest people who do not take advantage of their customers. I will recommend to everyone I know. I'm smoking some ribs early tomorrow and dropping it off to their place of business as a token of appreciation for they great work!
