I spoke to people on the chat and on the phone all equally rude, don't help at all and they will either end the chat on you randomly or hang up the call and don't bother calling you back. In the last week and a half I've spoken to about 6-7 reps all for service call that none could really manage to see how to schedule. And then the 2nd to last person scheduled the visit and didn't even tell me when it was, so the final person spoke with told me a date and time and I told her that doesn't work- why schedule a service call without asking the customer what works for them? Like I don't understand. If you vocalize how angry you are- they will end the call or chat. I've seen nothing but bad reviews and it's unfortunate because I'm stuck with the stupid device for another 2 years. I wish they would really work on their customer service skills and actually value their customers. I noticed they have a sorry response to everything but nothing gets fixed, so it defeats the whole purpose. Go elsewhere don't even bother.
