This company is in way over its head. The sell spirits that they don't have. Then they try to get local stores to ship it, but what's the incentive for them? None!!! This business is a mess, and they have horrible customer service. I have tried to contact them on 5 separate occasions, crickets. Reserve Bar has non-existent customer service! They can't be reached by phone and are nonresponsive to email requests. I placed a gift order and later the same day found out that no one over the age of 21 was going to be home for another week. I sent Reserve Bar an email on their Contact Us page to delay the delivery. The very next morning, I received an email stating the order shipped. I tried to call them, but their automated phone message says they are currently closed, tells you to send an email, and automatically hangs up. I tried to call FedEx to reroute/redeliver but was told that the shipper has to contact them to make any changes. I'm giving them two stars since they did have the order shipped and provided the 3rd party shipper's name in their original email, so I had to search for that liquor company's website and contacted them for further assistance on my order. I suggest saving yourself the headache and order through a reputable company. I just wish I would've seen the reviews on here first. read more

Reserve bar confirmed the order but never confirmed the order had shipped. I attempted to track the shipment and the only response I received was that the order had not shipped yet. Highly recommend looking at all the customer complaints on Better Business Bureau before you order. This website is a scam and has been taking money from customers and they do not send the actual product. Then there is absolutely no way to get in touch. They don't respond to emails and there is no phone number. I wish I would have known before using them. I have had to file multiple complaints and dispute the charge on my credit card for a product I paid for that never got shipped. I can't understand how they are still in business. read more

ReserveBar said product would arrive by 7-10 business days. 4 weeks later no product delivered, no message of any kind why no product was delivered. Hard to believe this company has so many positive reviews. They took my order on 12/13/22 - a $400 order to be delivered to one of my largest clients. Not only was it never delivered, but reservebar never bothered to tell me this. Over a month later I tried tracking and there was no information. I've tried contacting the company. But that seems to be impossible. Their phone number just continually repeats to send them a text or use their online chat option on their website. There is NO chat option that I can find on their website. Texting just gets you an automated response saying they've received you text and will get back to you, which they have yet to do. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My total experience with this company has been very disappointing. My order was placed on April 17th. I received an email from UPS that it was scheduled for delivery on April 18th which I thought was too soon unless they are sending overnight and I did not order overnight shipping. When I began to track the shipment, the only information that was available was the date that the label was created. When I contacted customer service, their response was that it would take up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update. Well, it has been 7 days and still no updated tracking. After contacting Customer Service several more times, I am now being told that UPS never picked it up. I have requested a refund the last two times that I contacted Customer Service and each time there is a reason for not sending my refund. Today, I have been told that they will not process a refund until they find the items I ordered!! WHAT IS THIS??? How in the heck should my refund be held because someone that they are partners with is not able to locate the ordered items? Pretty sketchy operations in my opinion. read more

If you like ordering online to have your order not shipped, then told that they didn't know when it would ship during your first customer service call and finally during your second customer service call being told that they had no record of the order which you are looking at the actual order number and receipt from when you got their confirmation email of the order when it was first placed to being charged for the order too but they are not giving you your money back because they have no record of you; then by all means order from ReserveBar.com. This company is a scam. I ordered a Bottle of Bourbon from them, and it was weeks and no tracking or anything. I did receive confirmation of my order when I placed it. Finally, my order if you want to call it that shows up today and it is not what I ordered. They even sent an email saying your order was delivered and had a totally different bottle of lower end bourbon on it of what they sent. Glad I take pics of confirmations and saved the original email. Will be at my bank in the morning disputing payment. You cannot get a real person on the phone with reserve bar. There is no number that will put you to one. Steer clear of this company. I went on the Better Business Bureau, and you should see the complaints. I added mine to the list. read more

ReserveBar is fantastic and I usually get my orders within a couple of days. I use them for all my corporate gifts and hard to find items. They use a network of licensed retailers all over the country. I am sure this holiday season was a challenge with all the shipping delays, supply chain and employees being out with covid. read more

As others have posted, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It is non-existent. Something is breaking down at this company so do not buy from it at this time. I purchased two bottles of the Sassenach Whiskey as a pre-order- Christmas gifts for my husband and my brother-n-law. The package arrived after the November launch and before Christmas as it was supposed to per the preorder. The package appeared to be intact from the outside. It seemed to be packaged well once opened and it contained two intact black boxes. Unfortunately, upon looking at the two bottles I found one bottle to be completely intact while the other bottle smelled like whiskey, had a broken but present seal, and contained less whiskey than in the intact bottle. So, did someone drink this/ tamper with it or did the seal break in the box somehow? I contacted the company via multiple avenues (damage report, general email, phone call, text, twitter, Instagram. The only responses were a couple of bounce back emails saying it was the holidays and they would get back to me. After a week I also contacted Sassenach spirits. No response. So today I submitted another damage report knowing that something is just not right. I received a reply email that just included documentation of my submission- it is different than what I received on my earlier attempts. I called the company again today and there was a different voicemail. Maybe there is hope that they have fixed their problems. In the meantime, do not buy from this company. read more

Buyer Beware. Enormous service and shipping charges and they do not take any responsibility for undelivered liquor. They are unresponsive to inquiry emails. Chat option offered no solution to the undelivered package and puts the responsibility on the client to resolve. They are irresponsible and should be avoided. read more
