Ray is an awesome guy and owner! He stands by his company and makes sure we are happy. We were on vacation and we texted discussing the options we had on the doors and lead time. With the supply shortage due to Covid, he informed us that it would be a long wait for the higher end doors with windows. We were on a tight timeline so, we decided to do standard doors with no windows. He also recommended on garage door openers that were fairly decently priced at local hardware supply rather than upselling! He offered to pickup openers and was on time about scheduling and delivery of materials. Had a couple of guys arrive to do work, he came by to pick up old doors and openers in the middle of work and came back to QC the work and make adjustments! He reminded me of warranty on doors and about having any trouble with the system and he will come. I trust he will definitely be available! Reasonable quote, timely responses, and great personality! His prices are fair and he doesn't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. My husband had done a repair on our garage door, but it wouldn't shut straight. There was a gap on one side when it closed. Sadly, this allowed a rat to move into our garage! Ray diagnosed the issue within a minute (a frayed cable) and also ordered a new weather seal for the door, which the rat had chewed through (gross!).
