I came into Brookline because I was told over the phone they had a nursing program. When I showed up…read morethey only had medical assisting and other programs I wasn't interested in,which was a little frustrating since I drove that far on my one day off to come in.But I explained to them it was a misunderstanding no big deal.Liv is so sweet but then Amanda the director of admissions started asking me all these questions and instead redirecting me to another school, she told me that she was "concerned" based on my "level of education" that nursing was going to be too hard.Asked me if I can even handle a 4 hour test.Told me only 50% can even get in. She was very condescending and rude. Also said I'm going to be in tons of debt and said I would likely not be able to afford the out of pocket. She asked me really unnecessary questions like how much my paychecks are. I never feel the need to write bad reviews but she was unbelievably pushy and made a lot of assumptions about me as a person.I felt judged and I know she is trying to get people to take classes at this school that is her job but I will never attend this school!Even if I consider medical assisting I will find somewhere else to take my hard earned money.Amanda is a terrible sales person. I didn't fall for her scummy sales tactics.I'm only giving this 3 stars because Liv and the financial aid were very helpful with trying to get me back on track with my other student loans.

But no, I was told I could buy the book at a "discounted rate" of $150!!! program director Jamie Alvey is NO HELP and does NOT care about the well being of any student that goes here. We are a paycheck to her and that's all l. On the other hand the ONE good thing about Brookline was the two "teachers" more like mentors! Fanta and Lidia ! Without them the program is trash and they're the ONLY reason we all kept going in my class at least.

The content of the course did not prepare me for my state exams and I had to do the majority of my studying through my own methods as I was provided with an insufficient amount of study materials. Additionally, many parts of the course that were promised to me were completely absent from my experience, such as the opportunity to work with children and get my certification to do so. This part of my course was skipped entirely. The only exam that was paid for after my graduation was my radiology exam, which was especially frustrating because part of my tuition that I paid out of pocket for was both exams, radiology and coronal polish. After graduation, communication with the people in the office basically stopped entirely unless I would drive there in person, which is very inconvenient as I live 40 minutes away from the main campus. The resume that was made for me at the end of the year didn't even have the correct graduation date and was off by 2 years! Overall extremely unsatisfied with my experience at this school.

The instructors genuinely care about their students, and our program director has been phenomenal. I wanted to leave a positive review because I know online reviews tend to be negative. And when students report things that aren't correct, they got swept under the rug but save your money because it is not an accredited nursing program as they tell you. Absolutely no campus security, access systems, or anything to prevent anyone from walking in off of the streets and giving them open and free access to the school. The building is full of mold, and all of the equipment is broken. For a for-profit college, this is the worst of the worst. But if you're not a great student, you can get your degree through Pima Medical Institute and they don't really ask questions or care as long as you pay your tuition.

The program's director displays consistent rudeness and evades questions rather than offering clear responses. Communication from most of the staff is lacking, and their replies often come off as defensive, offering no valuable solutions to address issues. Perhaps the most significant and concerning problem is their apparent lack of accommodation for individuals with disabilities, fostering an unhelpful "deal with it" attitude. This issue is especially problematic given my current participation in a rehabilitation and vocational program supported by the Department of Economic Security, designed to assist people with disabilities in re-education. The faculty's performance leaves much to be desired, as they frequently fail to fulfill their responsibilities and respond to inquiries, errors, and concerns with resistance, deflection, and an absence of accountability for their mistakes. In the nine months since I started, more than seven educators have quit without notice, and those who remain take vacations at inopportune times, crucial to the transition into new courses and externships. Proper planning and consideration seem to be nonexistent when it comes to student placement, and overall, there is a conspicuous lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against enrolling here, as you will likely regret the decision later on.
