I was a patient of hers and LOVE my smile and my husband is currently a patient with Invisalign and is thrilled with his results so far. Our final straw was when they told me we had to reschedule my five year olds appointment because we were 15 mins late. I have three kids under 5, one of them 2 months old. While I understand the inconvenience I would rather work with an office that is understanding to young families. They also are known to cancel appointments due to lack of confirmation. So you could have scheduled an appointment and show up for it, but if you didn't confirm with them the day before they cancel the appointment.

First off They cancelled my appointments for the final phase of a crown 3 times. Then I lost my insurance and the new insurance was not in their network . Fast forward to 2 years later. I have a new dentist but was advised to go back to Harrisville because they started the crown. I was advised by Harrisville to bring my xrays for the visit which I did. Then they said they needed another view of the tooth. Paid for it out of my pocket. Then they wanted me to get my teeth cleaned before they would put the crown on. I had my teeth cleaned 2 weeks prior to the appointment. I finally got an appointment to get the crown. The dentist couldn't get the temporary one off with 2 tugs and said she couldn't do it She then went and sat down with others in the office. Three months later I got an appointment with the owner. Went in and he said they would have to slice the temporary crown off and then put another temporary crown on before the final one would be put on. I asked why the final crown wasn't there. He told me they would have to make a new mold and send it out. I guess they never did that in the past especially since they had taken 2 other molds of the tooth. 10 Minutes later the secretary came in and said I would have to pay $3,000 out of pocket and then submit it to my insurance for reimbursement because I was using another dentist and was no longer their patient. This was due to getting my teeth cleaned elsewhere. He didn't even have the courtesy to come in and tell me himself. Nothing but a money maker.

The second when he was in middle school I believe, for a full set of braces for about 2 years. When he finished the treatment they advised him to wear his retainer as long as possible to help the teeth stay aligned. Well he wore the retainer for 3-4 years consistently every night, until last month the retainer broke due to age and use. His teeth still look fantastic, and we recommend her and her staff without hesitation. They are among the best in the business, I cant say enough good things about them. I still recommend them now when someone asks about orthodontists.

I've been here 4 times, 3 for fillings and they've never gone very well. The first two I felt sick…read moreafter the novocain and the first time I think they gave me way too much because it took so long to wear off. This last time, I had an extern do my fillings which I agreed to, but she got black stuff on my lip to seal the cavity that wasn't coming off and it's been nearly 8 hours and my tongue is still numb. I told her it felt weird when she put the novocain in but she told me that means she put it in the right place. This is my 3rd time getting Novocain in the last 6 months and it's never taken this long to wear off. My only positive experience has been my cleaning. Unfortunately would not recommend because the staff is nice

Just over two years of appointments for braces - ALMOST OVER - and I may miss them a little. I'm not tight with the office staff by any means - we went through Covid and me sitting in my car waiting during all appointments - but they give constant appointment reminders, have always been there when an issue arose (lose wires or broken brackets, ran out of elastic bands) and it was just such a great standard of care. Super receptive and accommodating. For anyone looking for orthodontics I highly recommend this office. We have one more appointment to go, and my sons teeth look great!

Maybe I had the wrong idea but it turned me off a bit. Dr. did not seem to like me asking questions either. Unfortunately I will not be going with this provider.

He does not stand behind his work. I have nothing in writing for it to be free if defects he would not make a denture that was free of defects for us. I asked do you even stand behind your work ?  He said here is how I stand behind my work get out of my office and don't come back. We found another dentist , he does stand behind his work and only charged me a small fraction of what Dr klimaj charged me. As for Dr klimaj's reviews I saw a site he has patient reviews on and he pays a monthly fee for a page on that site   He has his own portal where he can edit and control the reviews
