The company we paid already did not come as schedule (which everyone has felt with) and they had no emergency line. After being asked my information, I could hear a women speaking in the background stating "no" and then was told by the gentleman I was speaking with "we just can't take on any new kerosene customers" I understand that 100% however one time emergency to help a family with children would not have killed your business.
