She gave us a lead time for the pipe install. That day came and went, but no one called to say they would be late by over two months. We had to call them. Then we were told the stove & piping would come together and be installed together...again the pipe guy came out without the stove. He installed the pipe and it was over twice the cost we were told it might be ($2900 more), but he did do a great job. When we called about when the stove will arrive they didn't know and said they would call us back. Days came and went... Finally our sales lady called us back and said it might be in a few months. When we complained that no one let us know and why no one told us? she said other people are much more understanding and we were basically bad and not nice customers! Then she laughed at our house situation.. so the pipe guy must have told talked to her behind our backs! She cared little that we really needed the stove for heat and we are now at the end of December...SO If you don't care about Honesty, Integrity, or when your stove will arrive or how much it will really cost- then this place it for you. But if your interested in a sales team that really cares about you then I would go elsewhere. It's not about the break in the supply chain...it's about a break in the sales team that should be communicating with their customers. When your spending over 10K for a product then the sales team needs to really up their game and get proper sales training.. not snub & belittle their customers.

He crawled through the attic to inspect everything (which is a tight space so impressive he did that, others didn't bother) and we agreed on price which was very competitive. They did the work they promised on the day they promised and within timeframe we agreed on (for those living in Sullivan County - you know that's not something that can be said of many other contractors). They were using two sprayers to complete the job in one day. When one of their sprayers broke, Carl went and got a replacement to make sure the job gets done - and it was done. They also did some additional small alterations to prepare for spraying - close off the roof fan vent and electrical switches to the fan as they won't be needed once sprayed. Overall one of the best experiences with a contractor in this county I ever had. This job was done Oct 2022 - I waited with my review to see how it holds up over a year and it did and it's doing it's job - the attic temperature in the dead of winter does not dip below 60 while before it was in the high 30s range when 5 degrees outside) - so less propane to heat the house. In the summer my AC does not work as hard and my electric bill is also lower.

Now I need to hire an electrician to put it in on the timer because the ground freezes down there and the switch will not be accessible. I had gone back and forth with the office person to include this timer, so I don't know why the idea was switched. The workers were friendly and seemed efficient, but the office person wouldn't answer direct questions (like about the timer) that I needed to put to her several times. She also called me on a day I said I wouldn't be available after I had called a few days before with no response.

I just recently had them put in a new water tank and replace a sink p-trap and trap arm that were in dire need of repair. Amy, who works in the office and takes the calls, is always friendly, professional and courteous. Will was on time, diligent and did a neat, excellent job. I had to give them a ring a day later because one of the pipes drawing water into the home had become slightly dislodged. Will came right out on moment's notice (on a weekend morning when the office is usually closed, no less) to tighten up the pipe connector. I'm happy with their focus on good customer service, even at inconvenient times. Of course, I will give them my future business, as well as speak well of them to others. Great family, great service.
