These guys went way above and beyond what I expected. I had 2 sections of screens that had ripped out of a pool enclosure. Mike, his son and their staff where awesome. In addition to repairing the screens, they addressed the cause of the damage and replaced a section of my aluminum enclosure. additionally, they re-splined several more screens to assure I wouldn't have any more issues. 8 years ago, I bought a condo in Delray and the patio porch screen needed to be replaced. I called delray screen and they did a great job at a fair price. Fast forward, a couple days ago, I called Delray Screen to have my damaged kitchen window screen replaced. When Mike, the owner, came out to give me an estimate, he took the bent framed screen off the window to measure it. When he put it back on the window, somehow he got it to go back into place and it looked fine to me. "Wow, you fixed it!" I said joyfully. When I told Mike I was fine with how it looks now, he didn't try to convince me otherwise - just to make a sale. I felt a little bad for him and offered to pay a small compensation for his lost time. Thinking about going with other screen companies that offer larger picture type views. Don't! 22 years ago, I bought my house and thought, "This would be so much better with a screened in patio." So I put in the concrete and smashed out a side window to put French doors in its place for direct access, and then went through quite a few up and down battles and even a court case over other companies to install a screen room, which left me pretty dejected and I had pretty much just given up hope. When working from home due to the pandemic began to look like it would become rather long term, I decided to give it another shot, and this time started on the BBB website to locate a reputable company. I am so glad I found Delray Screen in May 2020. Carol, Mike Sr and Mike Jr were all great! The design process was quick, even with a modification to expand as large as safely possible, the pricing was very fair, and they worked with me on timing my payments perfectly. The HOA approval process was lengthy and permitting of course took a long time, but finally in November 2020 I have what can only be described as the perfect screen room of my dreams. Installation was done with extreme care, and believe me, I am meticulous. South Florida weather will ultimately determine its ruggedness, but it sure seems sturdy right now and I am enjoying it every day and night. Our next project will be updating the front foyer to match. In short, I could not be happier with my experience with Delray Screen and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else doing research like I did six months ago.
