Noel, the manager, entered my parking validation incorrectly and I was asked to pay when I scanned my ticket. At the time parking officials were at the exit and I told them I was a member of 191 resolution fitness and my ticket was validated. I tried to rescan but the parking machine doesn't accept rescans. The parking people said they weren't going to assist so I called the gym to bring a new ticket because they screwed up my original. Noel sent some girl named Katie who not only did nothing but watched as the parking attendant called security on me. They threatened to tow my car and caused a huge scene. As a member of Resolution Fitness I receive 3 hours of validated parking. I was in the gym for 15 minutes. Noel hasn't offered an apology or acknowledged that she entered my validation incorrectly or offered a refund for the parking I paid for to end the ordeal that her carelessness and inability to do her job correctly created. More recently, I contacted Noel regarding personal training and she said she would have the trainer Matt contact me. A month passed and I ran into Matt and asked him if Noel informed him I was interested in personal training and he said no. Noel either has a personal bias against me or she is not capable of performing her job in a professional manner. 7/4/21: The retaliation and harassment have begun. read more

Love Love Love this gym. It's in the 191 building downtown that caters mainly to the employees that work in and around the building but that doesn't you shouldn't try it. I in fact I live about 10-15 mins away from this gym but make the commute because it's great and worth it. What can I say. The trainers are awesome and the classes are wonderful! Some of the best group fitness classes I have ever had. I've tried big gym chains like 24 hour fitness and then smaller gyms like Pure Fitness in Austin and this one definitely takes the cake when it comes to group fitness. They offer body scultping, pilates, yoga, spin, zumba and more. What I love the most about this gym is that the people who come to this gym are REAL people. They don't come to the gym with a full set of makeup or to show off their fake boobs in a sports bra. They don't look like they have spent an hour getting ready to work out. It's such a breath of fresh air to be working out among real people. This gym provides towels, shirts, shorts, and even socks. The locker rooms are always equipped with plenty of bath towels, lotion, razors, shampoo/conditioner, hair styling products and more. It is clean and well kept. The people who work here are great too. If you are looking to be inspired or simply just looking for a great gym try Resolution Fitness and don't shy away from it simply because it's in a big building downtown. read more

#ihatejose Want to know why? I thought I had "working out" figured out. I didn't. I couldn't figure out why I had lingering joint paint from injuries years ago. He did a thorough assessment to show me what I was missing. He didn't rush anything, even when I wanted to. He put a very specific plan for me to follow and....... The pain started to subside quickly and I can say that after 2 months of training with Jose that years of joint pain in my ankle, knee, and shoulder are gone. Going down the stairs in the morning doesn't hurt anymore. He pushed me to new levels of exercise I don't think I could reach on my own. I was in town for a conference and used this gym on one occasion. The drop-in price was a bit steep ($20 if I remember correctly) but the amenities nearly made up for it. They have a squat rack, cables, and quite a bit of cardio equipment. The locker room is very nice and they have supplies beyond towels (shirts, shorts, shampoo, blowdryers) that made working out while traveling a breeze. The only drawback are the limited hours on weekends and relatively high drop-in price, but overall it was worthwhile! read more

This place seriously makes my gym look like a prison yard. Small for sure and the hours are not ideal. But the amenities are quite amazing. Top equipment, everything you can ever need to get your fitness on, saunas and personal showers. I even took advantage of the complimentary shorts. The location is convenient to my life - practically right off my bus line. I don't drive so I can't really report on the parking/parking deck situation. Everyone here is so friendly and so helpful - willing to go over and beyond to make members feel welcome and make sure they are taken care of. Great gym with a significantly better atmosphere than your local LA fitness. read more

This gym is used to be quite good but they just had a management change with very mixed results. They took away cups for people to get water and now if members want access to water they must bring a water bottle from home. This is great if you remember, but 95% of their members don't and so now do not have access to water. IN A GYM. So now this is the only gym in Atlanta, if not the country, that does provide the majority of its members access to water. Put in some water fountains or provide paper cups again. This arbitrary policy is ridiculous and reflects the short sightedness of the new management. read more

This place is OK. I was a member for two years. The gym is small but offers a lot of equipment and classes. There are not a lot of people using equipments (machines, treadmills, and free weights) at the same time. You always can find a space to do whatever you want to do. The lunch time group classes are very popular. I like the early morning spin classes. There are two regular morning spin instructors and they are very dedicated and motivating. The strength classes were good when I first joined but they are not very organized. This is one of the reasons that I cancelled my membership. The even classes are more for ladies who don't want to sweat. I don't like those classes at all. The classes on Saturdays are the best. I usually stay in the gym all morning until they close at 2 pm because I don't want to miss any class on Saturday. Gym close early (2 pm ) on Saturday and for Sunday. The larger long-term locker comes with laundry service for additional $25. They have sauna and steam room. In the lady's locker room, some people spend a lot of time in the sauna room and take a lot of space. It is hard for other members to get in. The locker room (lady's) offer lotions, mouth wash, comb, and other small stuff. In general, the gym is nice and clean. There are limits for what they can offer because the gym space is really limited. read more

I have just subscribed the membership at 191 Resolution Fitness and I can say that I love it! the gym is very nice, amenities and equipment are awesome. The locker room is clean and nice, they provide complimentary towels, shampoo, shirts, shorts. What I love the most is the great choice of group fitness, they offer pilates, barre, kettlebell conditioning and a lot more! If you are in downtown try it. read more
