My gel Polish lasted three weeks and my pedicure was still in good shape over six weeks later. I'm convinced that is because of the amount of time they take on each client. The one downside is that it can take awhile to get an appointment. I was using a Groupon, so I think that made a difference, but it was over a month from when I called before they had their first available mani/pedi appointment.

She said she knows what it looks like from the description I told her: location and past history of inflammation. Really! She prescribed doxy and never addressed doing a skin scan or sunscreen care until I mentioned it. She asked her assistant to give me a bag of sample sunscreen and to schedule a follow up appointment for a skin scan!!! I'm a retired Optometrist, if a new patient said she has diabetic retinopathy, I would NEVER say "I know what that looks like ."I would check their VA, refraction, OCT and dilate their eyes. I would never say all eyes are the same so I don't need to see it!!! That would be irresponsible and a huge liability!!! PA Oertel was very irresponsible and unprofessional. I will not return for my "skin scan" on September!!! Also, I have never had a practice send so many texts and emails about an upcoming appointment even after I filled out the forms and confirmed the appointment. It's an overkill! They also inundate you with the products they sell. Unfortunately, Advanced Dermatology is owned by a private equity group and their philosophy is all about making money and NOT Patient Care!!!
